A break from my usual meditation style, this empowering reading is created to inspire and energize you to move through stuck patterns and reconnect with the well of resources within you. I'm dripping with tears, this meditation moved me so profoundly . Seven years ago my son left his body- I move in and out of grounded , joyful living however lately it's been dull. I dabble in all of the actions offered in this recording, but now! I plan to embrace and celebrate them intentionally, in full effect. I'm so very grateful for this re awakening. Much love
