Overcoming Difficulties: With Archangel Jeremiel

In this episode, Gladys continues her discussion with the Archangel Jeremiel. In this podcast, she shares how shifting thoughts from "let go", "get over", and "move on," to striving for total "acceptance," can help us tremendously with the healing process when it comes to moving through difficult situations and experiences. Hi friends! Welcome back to the Heavenly Hugs Podcast, A podcast where I share my personal angel stories and insight so that you too can see how you're being blessed by these beautiful beings of light. Today I will continue my discussion on the Archangel Jeramiel and how he helps with overcoming difficulties. During our discussion with the Archangel Jeramiel, To recap, He is the angel who works when we're digging in, When we're getting to the root of those things that may be holding us back. And again, We're going to talk about something that's not warm and fuzzy, But really something that is necessary for our personal growth. And again, This is where Archangel Jeramiel comes in. His color, As I mentioned last podcast, Is this deep purple or this eggplant color, Or as I like to call it, Aubergine. And Jeramiel is patient and he's kind and he really is able to shine a light on what we need to work on in a beautiful way. And he helps us to take inventory out of our life, Life review, Especially when we're at crossroads in our life. And I have to say, I've been working with a lot of clients lately, Myself included, Who are at a crossroads, Who are having a lot of endings and beginnings. So to backtrack a little bit, I think we've talked about the calendar year and how everybody's on this nine year cycle. Now we're on this nine year cycle based on our calendar year and also a nine year cycle. We have a personal nine year cycle. And so collectively, Right now we are in a one year. And you basically get that by adding the year together. So 2017, You add the two plus the zero plus the one plus the seven, It equals 10. And in numerology, You always reduce it to one. So one plus zero equals one. So next year is 2018. And when you add the two plus the one plus the eight, It equals 11. And adding those together, One plus one equals two. So so forth and so on. We have this nine year cycle. And I have to say, Last year was a nine year. If you add 2016 together, The two plus the one plus the six, It equals nine. So last year and this year, Last year was an endings year nine. And this year is a beginning year and one. So think about these last couple years, You can't have endings without new beginnings. And you can't have new beginnings without endings. So the last couple years have kind of been upheaval for a lot of people with endings and beginnings. And spiritually, When I sit back and I just collect data and information from what I'm receiving from clients and information and experiences that I'm having myself, Last year seemed to be a lot of physical stuff, A lot of physical clearing, A lot of endings of physical things. And old beliefs, Old ways of doing things have also been included. But that kind of filtered into this year, Which is a year of new beginnings. And starting those things, I feel like this has been an emotional year for a lot of people. And this is where Archangel Jeramiel comes in and helping us overcoming difficulties. Because when things are ending, Whether they're old beliefs and old ways of doing things, Whether they're relationships with people, Whether it's endings with ourself, There's always this sadness, There's always this grief that comes with it, Even though it's a good thing. So I have to say, Last year in 2016, I left an office that was a part of my nine-year cycle. So interestingly enough, I moved in there in 2008, Which was a one year. And I left there in 2016, Which was the nine year. So that office that I had, It was a big space, Was a whole cycle for me to learn and shift and grow in that space. So I have to say, When it came time to leave, I knew that it was time to leave. It was getting to be heavy. It was a big space that I didn't necessarily need anymore. And I had a lot of difficulty releasing it and letting it go. And so what I had to do, Instead of settling with that word of let go, Get over, Move on from it, I really kind of settled with the thought of acceptance. I had to find it in my space to be able to accept that it was time to move forward. And when I was able to accept that, I was able to then search and look for a new space that was going to be more conducive to my needs. And I have to say, I did find a space that's literally 10 minutes from my home. So now I can be home for lunch. I can go home and take care of my dog and come back and he can stay home and be comfortable. And I have to say, This move has been a lot easier for me. So in this 2017 year, It's been a whole year of adjusting to a new space. And I have to say, I'm just now in November, So it's been a year and a couple months, I'm just now settling in and feeling where I thought I would be when I moved. So we have to realize that any change, Any shift, There is this reintegration period. There's this time where we need to give ourselves space to adjust. And I had a hard time with that. So if you're in the process of leaving relationships or a job or even old beliefs and old ways of doing things, You have to remember that there is a period of adjustment and you have to be patient with yourself. And this is where Archangel Jeramiel can come in and assist. And remember, As I say often, The angels abide by the law of free will. God does, The universe does, They abide by the law of free will. So they really cannot intervene unless we're asking. We need to give permission. So all you have to do is say, Archangel Jeramiel, I invite you in my life to be a support for me, Shine a light on what I need to know and how I need to grow. And I have to say, With that becomes difficulties and challenges. And so I used to think of difficulties as punishment, That I was getting it wrong, That I messed up. I was making mistakes. And again, Those are old beliefs that we were talking about in the last podcast that really will weigh you down. So what I had to do was I had to work with Archangel Jeramiel to really sit with and accept what was happening in my life and being able to appreciate those difficulties as an opportunity to grow. So I no longer view them as, Even though sometimes I'm changing my language, So sometimes I say this word. So instead of lessons, I'm viewing these experiences or these challenges as challenging experiences that give me an opportunity to grow. And when I see it that way, I no longer see it as good or bad, Right or wrong, Different and different. And it's less pressure off myself. And so here's how I like to describe it. I can't remember if I've said this in another podcast, But I probably have. But it's important in here too. So when we are coming up to a point when it's time to shift or change or grow, We start to feel uncomfortable. It's part of the process. And so when I left my corporate job, That full-time paycheck job, I was very uncomfortable. And right off the bat, Ironically, I left right in 2007. So I started my practice in late 2007 and really kind of took shape in 2008. And so what I had to learn very quickly is that I had to be or learn how to be comfortable, Uncomfortable. And I had to accept that. I had to accept that through this growth process, Through these experiences of doing things that I'm not comfortable with, That I don't know anything about, But yet there's this light inside of me, There's this passion, There's this seed that says, You're ready. It's time. I had to recognize that it was through being uncomfortable that I was going to grow. So we're never going to shift or grow or change or do anything different unless we're uncomfortable. Now once you get to know it, Of course you can do this without being uncomfortable, But unconsciously a lot of times it's the pain or the struggle or the difficulty that gets people to propel themselves to move forward. So when you're embarking on a new process or you're taking a leap of faith, Learning how to be comfortable, Uncomfortable is a really big thing. So I've had to recognize through these 10 years of this conscious living, Of this spiritual growth when I was starting to get uncomfortable. And I have to say, A lot of the times in the beginning of the process, I ignored it. And what happened is things got, Instead of uncomfortable, They got painful. And then they got really painful. And then they were detrimental to my spirit, My soul. And it was in those moments that I really crashed and I had to go within and saying, Gosh, I'm sick of this. I'm tired of this. And I really believe that's when Jeramiel walks in. He walks in when you're ready to give up. And at that point he's saying, I'm here for you and I'm going to shine a light on where you need to be and where you're going. And so now it's like I appreciate those challenges and those difficulties that I had because it really propelled me into a space of where I wanted to be. I like to think about it as the slingshot, Right? So think about a slingshot. We have to go backwards before we go forwards. So in a slingshot, The farther back you pull, The more your stone or whatever you're getting to go forward is going to go, The more it's going to go forward. So I find that life can be like this. When we're just about to make these big changes or good things or cool things or crazy good things are about to come into our lives, We're in a space of like a hold back or a pull back. And I feel like a lot of us last year and this year have been in this space, This slingshot energy we're being held back where that energy is just about getting ready to release. And so I challenge you to really look at where you are and look at where you're going. And when that energy releases, Are you going in the direction of your dreams? Are you going in the direction of your goals, Where your aspirations to be? And understand it's that tension, It's that pull back that really is going to propel you forward. So when you can work with Dremiel to shine a light on these difficulties, You can overcome them a lot easier before it gets painful and depletes you and then this depression sets in. Now I have to say, I'm not quiet about struggling with depression and struggling with who I am in this world and struggling with fitting in that I think a lot of us struggle with, Right? And so I'm finding that these ways and these angels have really helped to be able to help me help others. So I've been able to help myself and in turn I'm able to share this information with others that can benefit. And I think this is the beauty of it. God sends out his armies of angels to assist. He's the God of angels and this is what he does. He sends his beings of light out to find us, To help us, To support us, To help us thrive, To get us on that path that is really back to God and working in that light. You know, I was just thinking today like how much I love that God energy, That universal energy and how supportive it is and how cool he is and how these challenges that we have, These difficulties that we have are really helping us get to where we need to be. You know, So again, As we mix in the old belief is that, You know, I need to suffer and I need to have difficulties. Well, God doesn't want that for us. They're meant for us to be uncomfortable so we know that there's something better coming along, Right? It's like, You know, I think I mentioned before about like gaining weight, Right? When we're gaining weight, We get to a point where our pants don't fit anymore. They're not comfortable. And in that moment, We're uncomfortable and we have an opportunity to make the minor adjustments. Maybe it's drink more water, Maybe it's getting more exercise, Maybe it's eating healthier foods and taking action or buying bigger pants. A lot of us mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, Physically, We buy bigger pants. So then we're comfortable for a while. You know, We might have make a minor adjustment or something, But we haven't changed the situation. And then what happens is things get progressively worse until it comes to a point when you say, When is enough enough? So last the last nine year cycle from 2008 to 2016, And I believe I talked about this in the beginning of podcasts, Maybe with Michael or so. I dubbed that nine year cycle for consciousness for caregivers, Healers, Earth Angels, Lightworkers. I dubbed it the nine year cycle of healing through pain. And it was through that that so many of us became aware of who we are, Where we're going, The people that we want to be with, The people that we want to surround ourselves with. And now we have this new nine year cycle that we're starting and think of this cycle as your one year as a time to plant seeds. And your nine year is you've really picked every berry, Every fruit, Every herb, Every vegetable from your crop, And you're you're you're preparing for the next, You know, Cycle. The eight year is the really cool year because that's when everything is in abundance. So think about this one year was a year for us to plant seeds to decide what am I going to eat for the next nine years? And this is why I say you have a couple months left. So be cautious of where you're putting your energy. Ask yourself, You know, When I have good things happening, I'm very conscious about saying, God and angels, I'd like more of this in my life or something even better. If somebody lets me go at a stop sign, I acknowledge that person and saying, God, Send me more helpful people like that in my life. If you know somebody's support and I leave somewhere and I feel very nurtured and loved and appreciated, You know, I take a moment and open my heart and say, God, I want to experience this more in my life or something even better. And by doing that, You're planting those positive seeds in the ground now more than ever because this is the one year. Right. And I don't even acknowledge, You know, I have to sit with the things that frustrate me, Sit with my weaknesses. But I don't plant them. You know, I decide like this isn't going to serve me. I'm going to toss it out. So durameal durameal helps you sit with this energy. He helps you sit with what it is that you do want and what it is that you don't want. And I have to say, This is where I say he's not necessarily the fun angel, But he is definitely the angel that will liberate you, That will help you really find that inner peace and happiness and joy that you're so desperately reaching out for. Right. And I have to say, Coming from that place of self-loathe and eating disorders and, You know, Mental and verbal abuse of myself and then being this person who is accepting and appreciative and grateful. And I see my faults and my weaknesses and I see where the people in my life are helping me. I really believe Jerry's been intertwined. He's always intertwined with us working with this. So he's kind of silent off to the side, But he certainly will bring it into your life instead of, Like I said, Being resentful of it or pushing out of it out of your life. Appreciate it. Sit with it and say, OK, Here I am again. How can I do things differently? Jerry, Help me. Show me show me how to shine my light. You know, God, God, Bring the people in my life, You know, The helpful people, The support. Bring me the books. Bring me the articles. Bring me the Google. I think I've mentioned before, Google. God loves Google. Right. You know, I'll Google a concept or an idea or a thought or a problem or a struggle and then boom, An article pops up or a blog or something. That is exactly what I need. So if you have those phones out there, You don't need, You know, Like all these specifics. Go to Google. You know, Ask God and the angels to shine a light on what you need to know and then go to Google. Put your problem in and allow it to just come to you. I can't tell you how many times I've said that to clients and they've gotten exactly what they needed. You know, I, I, There are times when, You know, I know that Jeramiah plays a role. Just recently, Probably this summer, I was really struggling with growth and what was my next step and who am I and where am I going? And I just asked God, I was like, I give up. I'm like, I'm just, I just relinquish this to you. I'm like battling it out and here I am uncomfortable in pain. And it was in that moment that I was like, God show me. And what I ended up doing was I was guided to just go to YouTube. I was like, I was like, I can't sleep, So I'm going to put something on. And I was, Um, I was actually guided to T. D. Jakes. He is a pastor that I absolutely love. I don't listen to him all the time, But when I do, He's so impactful. And um, So I turned on a YouTube channel. I just put his name in because his name just popped up in my mind. And so I was like, Oh yeah, I haven't listened to him in a while. And I'm telling you that podcast that I listened to, Um, He was saying, Now if you've ever, If you've ever heard him, He's very passionate. And um, He was saying, He goes, I don't know why I'm saying this. Somebody out there needs this. This is for you. And I remember crying my eyes out and saying, You're talking to me. God, Thank you so much for giving this to me. You know? I have to say, You're not alone. That you know, The, The universe hears you. God hears you. The Archangel Jeramiel hears you. But I have to say, I had a choice in that moment. I could have listened to that thought or idea about going to YouTube and listening to something that may bring me peace and settle my mind. Or I could just lay there and just bend in the woes me and in the pain. Right? So I acknowledged it and then I did something to shift it. So if you're not really sure what to do about it, This is where you relinquish. Talk to God. Talk to the angels by calling out their vibration, By calling out their name. They're instantly there with you. The less you do it, The farther away it seems. Right? So for me, I just got really good at asking. I just got really good at keeping the energy and that vibration really close in my life. And I encourage you to do the same because these difficulties that the planet's going through right now, Our country's going through, Know that they're challenging experiences that are giving us all an opportunity to grow. So unplugging from that and being able to go with it and saying, How does this apply for me? Jerameal, Show me how to take the actions so that I'm no longer buying bigger pants.
