Trusting.
Emotional pain blocks our compassion.
Trusting starts when we open up and trust ourselves.
Trust is the key to loving ourselves,
Our connection with others,
And our creativity.
Sit comfortably.
Feel the body breathing by itself.
Let the breath flow freely.
Gently close your eyes and let them soften.
Relax.
Take a few deep breaths.
Are thoughts and feelings appearing?
Is something you want to have or get done putting pressure on you?
What happens when you stop wanting to control everything?
Notice that your desires and aversions are weighing you down.
When our mind is full of critical thoughts and stories,
We feel imperfect and alone.
We distrust others.
Become aware of your vulnerability and goodness of the heart.
Trust comes by trusting ourselves.
Let things be as they are.
Just let them be without judging.
Let go.
Open up.
Rest in awareness.
Become as wide as the sky.
In stillness and love,
We are part of everything.
Our experiences are as impermanent as the clouds.
Ask yourself,
What is constant?
What changes?
Focus your mind on the present moment.
Stop analyzing and comparing.
Sit back and relax.
Let thoughts and feelings arise in the vast silence of consciousness.
You can't control change.
You are aware that you are aware of it.
Welcome everything by being curious.
What is appearing now?
Stability is dynamic.
Nothing is fixed.
Everything continues to change.
Feel the relief of letting go,
Including the fear of losing control.
Just be present.
There is nothing to achieve.
No goal to reach.
Realize that you don't know what will happen in the next minute.
By trusting,
You can surf the ocean of change.
Allow yourself to surrender into awareness.
Feel the relief spreading through your body.
And now you can openly meet yourself and others.
Notice your heart filling with kindness.
Feel safe and lovingly embraced.
Trusting is the foundation of love.
Think of people you love.
Feel that they are here.
Welcome them in spirit and embrace them.
Look at them lovingly and meet them with openness.
Think of friends,
Relatives,
And acquaintances.
Embrace them all with compassion.
Notice how trust arises from the feeling of understanding them.
Send them good wishes.
Extend this feeling to the whole world.
