Sit or lie down comfortably and bring your body into a natural state.
Be relaxed,
Aware and awake.
Feel where your body is supported.
Feel your whole body.
Let your face soften.
Release all tension behind your eyes,
Mouth,
In the jaw,
Neck and shoulders.
Feel into your hands and your feet.
Breathe in and out slowly three times.
Notice how your breath comes and goes in its natural rhythm.
Observe it closely without influencing it.
Be aware of the sensations you feel in your body.
Let your mind be light and relaxed.
It is still and also wide awake,
Alert and alive.
Pay attention to the senses.
See the lights,
The colors and forms.
Hear the sounds.
What can you smell,
Taste and feel?
Pay attention to the transience of your thoughts and emotions.
Everything appears in the moment without effort.
Realize that you're always conscious,
Before,
During and after every event.
In each situation,
We feel and think without a pause.
Accept everything you recognize without judging it.
Everything is justified.
Everything is welcome,
Even our thought patterns.
Hear all the sounds you can hear,
Inside and outside.
Recognize them as sounds before naming them.
Notice that you're surrounded by sounds.
Expand your attention.
Be very open.
Listen all around you at the same time.
Also hear the sounds coming from a specific source.
How does this affect your body and mind?
Listen even deeper into the space.
Listen in all directions.
Let yourself become one with the wide,
Unlimited openness.
Experience yourself as the awareness that is the basis of every experience.
You are always aware.
You are wide open awareness in which everything comes and goes.
Welcome everything you recognize.
There is nothing to do in this field of simply being.
Just feel your presence as wide open space.
In the vastness of being,
There is neither a place nor time.
How does that feel?
Welcome all the sounds and sensations in your body.
Again and again open up to the spaciousness of awareness.
Notice that your attention moves freely in the vastness of awareness without merging with it.
Feel yourself as this vastness in which your attention can wander freely.
You are the vastness of awareness.
When thoughts and feelings appear,
They are light,
Transparent movements in silence.
Let your attention sink into your heart.
Smile with your heart.
Be attentive and present.
Feel the silence,
The happiness,
And the heartfelt smile.
Now let your body become heavy again.
Feel your skin.
Pay attention to the borders of your body.
You have a name and plans.
You're on earth in the here and now.
Now become light and wide again.
Let your skin become permeable.
Let the space within you merge with the space around you.
Expand your awareness in all directions,
In front of you,
To both sides,
Behind you,
Above you,
Below you.
Feel yourself in a state of simply being.
Feel yourself as the wide space of consciousness.
Now let your body become heavy again.
Feel its weight.
You're present in the here and now.
Notice your breath.
And once again,
Finally allow yourself to feel light and wide.
Feel yourself as the conscious,
Relaxed field in which everything appears and disappears.
What happens when you allow the certainty of the moment and the timeless wide field to be simultaneously present?
In the united field of presence,
There is neither an in nor an outside.
How does this affect your body?
Do you feel comfortable and connected to everything?
Would you call this feeling love?
If it feels right,
Think of a person or an animal that you love.
Notice that love resonates with the image.
Now let the image fade into the background and allow yourself completely to merge with the feeling of love.
Feel love first in the here and now and then in the quiet,
Wide field of awareness.
Love is everywhere.
Notice how consciousness and love penetrate your whole being.
Every cell,
Every atom vibrates with love.
Thoughts may appear.
If you follow them,
You begin to think.
Then you forget that everything appears in awareness.
Just like the sun can be hidden behind clouds,
It is always there.
Love is always present.
Direct your attention with an open focus to the awareness.
Experience a feeling of openness,
Vastness and love.
Allow yourself to just be aware.
Feel relaxed and comfortable.
Be present in the vast field of consciousness.
Feel how love rises within you.
Consciousness and love appear together.
When you smile from your heart,
Thinking decreases and love spreads.
Love never judges.
It welcomes everything that appears.
For a moment,
Just be the vastness and silence.
Smile light rays of loving kindness from your heart to the world around you with a deep wish.
May all beings be truly happy.
May they recognize the causes of happiness.
And may they find the fulfillment that they long for.
Finally,
Just allow your awareness to rest in its own nature.
Recognize the luminosity of love that is always present.
