So welcome to this meditation with Archangel Jeremiah,
A meditation where we shall be reviewing our life,
Our choices.
We shall be allowing for transformation,
Change,
Growth.
But first let's relax.
Relax our body and focus our mind.
Focus our subconscious mind with our conscious mind and our super conscious mind.
Allowing for full integration.
Allowing for what is ready to be revealed from your subconscious,
From your higher self,
From your angel within.
So let's just take a few moments to have a deep,
Calming,
Centering,
Relaxing cycle of breathing.
As you focus on your breath and breathe into your heart center,
Breathing in the new and the fresh and releasing the stale and stagnant from your lungs,
From your body.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to make an audible sound,
An audible release.
Ahhhh.
One more deep release.
Ahhhh.
Notice how your muscles have softened.
Notice how you are connecting in with your body.
We are now ready to go on a journey.
We are going to start our journey in a beautiful cove.
A beach cove.
Secluded.
No one else in this little cove,
This little beach.
Hidden away.
You can hear the waves gently lapping on the shore.
The waves bring you a sense of flow.
The moon connects with the ocean.
The divine mother connects with the ocean and the moon.
And as you look up in the sky,
You see the light of the full moon.
This full moon brings light and enhances your shadows.
That which is hidden.
The full moon is going to support the work with Archangel Jeremiel.
As you look away from the moon,
You notice a star.
A sparkling,
Shining star.
This star is Archangel Jeremiel.
Who comes to you now to take you on a journey.
To allow you to review your life.
So,
As the star gets closer,
You may sense,
Feel or know the love Archangel Jeremiel has to share with you now.
So much love.
So much support.
The star becomes closer.
Brighter.
Stronger.
And it may begin to take shape and form.
You may notice and it may begin to take shape and form.
You may notice the star begins to form the shape of an angelic being.
You may notice the eyes,
The face,
The wings of the clothes.
Or you may sense,
Know.
Or Archangel Jeremiel may be showing himself to you in his purest form.
Light.
Light.
How you perceive is right for you.
So allow yourself to perceive Jeremiel.
Who takes you now by the hand and leads you towards a cave.
And as you step towards the cave,
You notice there is a light at the back of the cave.
And you slowly walk towards the back of the cave.
And there waiting for you are two golden topaz crystalline thrones.
One for you and one for Jeremiel.
The energy of the golden topaz crystals gives you confidence to fully embrace this life review.
As you look at the back of the cave,
You notice there is a screen.
And this screen shows your shows your life's review.
And during the review,
You may notice things that you are proud of.
So firstly,
We are going to be shown all the amazing things that we have accomplished.
The successes.
How we have made a difference.
For you beautiful soul,
You have made so many amazing miracles happen in your life.
You have helped and supported people that you are unaware of.
But you begin to sense,
To feel,
To see,
To know the blessings you have brought into this world.
So just take a moment now and review these moments.
And as the music fades,
You know that you can return to this again.
But now it's time to look on the screen and review the things that you may wish to change.
The things that you could improve upon.
The things that you could release.
Any feelings of jealousy.
Unworthiness.
Limiting beliefs.
Anything that you are doing to self-sabotage.
Anything that is not for your highest good and the highest good of the planet,
Of the people around you.
So take a moment now and allow these things to be shown to you.
And as the music fades,
Again,
You know that you can go back to this meditation again.
But for now,
It's time to move on and look at the things that we can adjust.
We're going to look at the things that we have done adequately,
But we could make adjustments to.
But we could improve upon.
So things that you know you could do better,
Or you could do more of,
Or you could do less of.
So just allow these things now to bubble up to the surface.
Allow them to be shown to you now.
Open your heart.
Open your heart and allow what's ready to be shown so that you can be out with the old and in with the new.
Allow,
Allow,
Allow.
To declare what you would like to release and what you are willing to receive.
Allow it to be voiced now.
And know,
Beautiful soul,
That under grace and in perfect ways,
All will be coming to fruition in divine timing.
Archangel Jeremiah now hands you a parting gift,
Something for you to cherish,
To write about in your journal,
To inspire you.
Maybe a clue as to something you are ready to have.
Embrace.
Thank Archangel Jeremiah as he invites you to stand up and leave behind the cave as you walk out into the fresh air,
Out towards the ocean,
Feeling your feet firmly on the sand,
And just spend a moment at the water's edge,
Fully grounding with the sand and the water.
And maybe there is something on the water's edge that he's calling to you.
A starfish or a shell,
A word or something written in the sand.
This is also a sign from the cosmos for you.
So embrace these gifts you have been given.
Acknowledge that you have had a adjustment,
A release,
A transformation,
A deep healing.
You are grounded.
You are centered.
You are blessed.
You are protected.
And so it is.
And so it is.
