Archangel Raphael Healing with Singing Bowls

Guided mediation working with Archangel Raphael to bring healing on all levels. Also, a very good way to help you sleep. Calling upon the four Archangels.

As we breathe the new healing frequencies of color and sound.

Take your attention to your heart center.

Breathe into your heart.

Allowing the sound to wash over and expand this center.

For all is well.

Breathe in and as you breathe out.

Allow the essence in your heart to travel down,

Down the trunk of your body and imagine yourself like a tree.

Feeling your light,

Your essence move towards your hips,

Down your legs,

Into your feet.

And we ask that you join us in connecting with Mother Earth to anchor the light deep into the earth.

Imagine,

Feel,

See your feet sprouting roots just like the tree that go deep,

Deep into Mother Earth.

Feel these roots travel down deeper,

Deeper to the core of Mother Earth.

Here she waits with two red ruby crystals.

Feel your roots wrap around the rubies,

Anchoring you and your light deep into the earth.

The essence of the ruby gives you strength.

It helps you ground into your physical body,

Allowing your light to enter and expand your consciousness into the new vibrations,

The higher frequencies of sound and color.

Feel the healing essence of the rubies travel up,

Up to your roots,

To your feet,

To your legs,

Your hips,

Your spine.

Feel it nestle in your heart and breathe.

You are safe and you are nurtured.

You are loved.

We now welcome Archangel Raphael and his healing gold vibration.

As we take you on a journey through your seven chakras and the seven layers of your auric field,

You are about to enter a journey of exquisite color and sound.

Raphael is waiting with his healing medicine ball of gold.

He stands behind you and places the golden ball of light above your crown chakra.

Allow the golden ball to nestle into your crown,

The top of your head.

Feel his essence,

Feel each molecule strand of DNA being soothed with his healing vibration.

And know as his healing medicine ball passes through each chakra,

Every organ,

Muscle,

Bone will be filled with his healing.

Every atom of your being is healed with Raphael's healing love.

Now the healing medicine ball drops down into your throat chakra.

Allowing the healing vibration of the color and sound to wash over your very being.

And as the energy passes down to your shoulders,

The healing that Raphael brings to you now.

Now the ball drops gently into your solar plexus.

And with it takes the healing vibration,

The healing sounds,

The color.

Allowing this center to be cleansed and healed.

Feeling each strand of DNA being healed and soothed.

As the waves of sound wash over you.

And as you breathe,

Now the healing golden ball moves down into your sacral.

Feeling the warmth of the gold that Raphael brings as he soothes away the organs into the very core of your being.

Washing away the emotions that no longer serve you.

And feelings that hold you back,

Allow them to disperse.

As you breathe in the sound and color.

And as you breathe out the sound.

And breathe for all is well.

Now the ball of healing golden light travels down into your base.

Down into your legs.

Down to your feet.

Into your roots that go deep into the earth.

You are an anchor.

You anchor the light from the divine realms.

You are part of the mass consciousness,

Creating a better world.

With this in mind,

You breathe,

Knowing all is well.

Now we expand.

Expand Raphael's light and your own light together.

They travel through your auric field into the seven layers towards bliss.

Taking your attention to your heart once more.

There burns bright the spark of light.

And you connect.

Heart of light.

Feel your light with Raphael's expand.

Expanding into the first layer of your aura.

Clearing and releasing.

Feel your energy expanding towards the oneness of all that is.

Now as you breathe in.

And exhale.

You expand your light further into your second layer.

And here you clear away the emotions and feelings that no longer serve you.

All negativity is cleansed.

All shadows are filled with light.

Leaving only the one true pure emotion of love.

Feel yourself surrounded with love.

Wrapped in a cloak of love.

And once more as you breathe in.

Then exhale you expand your light further into the third layer.

And here you release all negative thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.

See them being washed away with the golden light.

Your own and Raphael's.

Feel the frequency of the music carrying them away.

Where they are transmuted into positive.

And know that the one true belief or thought is that you are loved.

And you are connected to the divine.

When you bear this in mind.

When you feel the connection to the divine.

Then all else slips away and you are left with love.

And once more as you breathe in.

And exhale you expand the light further into the fourth layer.

And here together we release past memories and imprints that no longer serve you.

That no longer match your vibration.

As the golden light washes them away and the waves of sound carry them.

Off.

You become clearer and brighter.

And you remember you are a perfect child of the divine.

Breathing in.

As you exhale your light expands into the fifth layer.

And if there are any past life connections that wait in this layer.

Archangel Michael now comes with his sword and cuts the connection.

Releasing all blocks.

Anything holding you back.

Is taken away.

And now.

As you feel liberated and light.

You breathe in.

And as you exhale you expand into your sixth layer.

And here is where.

You extend and meet.

The angelic realms.

And masters.

Allow them to come.

Allow yourself to connect.

Embrace the love they bring.

Believe in what you feel.

They come with love.

They come with hope.

As they place a hand on your heart.

You feel the limitless possibilities.

For everything you have is inside you.

You are your own master.

Now breathe.

And as you exhale you expand.

Expanding into the seventh layer of your aura.

Where you become limitless.

You are one with the divine.

You are in bliss.

You feel the pink healing ray she brings.

You are loved.

She places you in a pink bubble of light.

Breathe in her pink essence.

And feel her nurture your inner child.

Allow her to sing you a lullaby and rock you to sleep.

As she holds you in her arms and cares for you.

You know that all is well.

You are loved.

And as we thank the four archangels for their presence and healing.

We receive their blessings and know they are there waiting to be called upon.

And as love smiles down upon you.

You realize that she is there whenever you need her.

She will come.

Feel the balance and peace you have inside.

For this is your right.

This is waiting.

All you need to do is choose to release and be at peace.

And feel the love that awaits you.

Take this love and this peace and keep it with you always.

Now when you are ready.

Bring your attention back.

Back to your body.

Feel your fingers and toes.

Bring your awareness back to where you are sitting.

Keeping the peace and love.
