Take a long deep breath in,

And release.
Keep breathing in and out.
Come back to this relaxed state of consciousness.
A state of being where you allow yourself to be receptive.
Let go of all the stresses of your day,
All toxic energy,
Anything you have absorbed from your surrounding environment,
And give yourself permission to just be.
As you're getting more relaxed,
Notice your unicorn guide stepping into your awareness and standing right in front of you.
It's standing tall and proud,
And its alicorn is vibrating a recalibrating white light.
In this meditation,
Your unicorn will help you awaken your feminine side,
The side of you that's all about chilling,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
Taking care of yourself,
Having fun,
Receiving guidance,
And allowing things to just flow to you.
Your feminine side asks that you breathe more deeply,
You give yourself enough sleep.
Walk more slowly,
Talk more slowly.
Pause when you've worked too much,
And allow yourself to enjoy all that you've created rather than immediately jump onto the next project.
We live in a primarily masculine world that's all about working,
Struggling,
And taking action,
So you may find that your feminine side is naturally underdeveloped.
If it is,
Fear not though,
As your unicorn guide will help you awaken and nurture it.
The three chakras that guide your feminine side are your throat,
Third eye,
And crown chakras.
Your throat chakra is found at the center of your throat,
And you can visualize it as a crystal ball of dark blue light with two funnels of energy,
One extending at the back and the other at the front of your neck.
Your throat chakra represents your ability to speak your truth and to express how you truly feel about people and situations without bottling things up or keeping yourself in denial.
Expressing your truth is the utmost tool for self-care because you give yourself permission to be raw and real without wearing masks and filtering information.
Observe the crystal blue ball in the center of your throat now.
Is it clear and vibrant,
Or is it dull and clogged?
Your third eye chakra is in the center of your head,
Just between your eyebrows.
This chakra's color is pale purple,
And just like most other chakras,
It receives energy from a back funnel and extends it forward through a front funnel.
Your third eye chakra is the powerhouse of your intuition.
It is the chakra that,
When activated and fully energized,
Feeds information through all your other chakras so that you take inspired action through them.
This is the chakra that allows for an effortless journey through life,
A journey where you don't ask questions,
You simply observe what's happening,
Know the answers intuitively,
And take action.
With your mind's eye,
Observe the state of your third eye chakra.
How would you describe its vibrational frequency?
Is it high or low?
Is it clear and ready to receive,
Or blocked and stuck?
Your crown chakra is at the top of your head,
And it's the chakra that connects you to your higher self.
It's got a bright white color and extends a single funnel of energy up to the sky.
Your crown chakra invites you to surrender yourself to divine guidance.
It's like a direct line to source,
Instilling you with all the guidance,
Healing,
And support you need to fulfill your life purpose.
When your crown chakra is activated,
You're in complete surrender to source,
Trusting that you're being guided,
And knowing that things will unfold at the perfect time,
Space,
And sequence.
Observe your crown chakra.
How is it looking?
Is it bright and vibrant,
Or is it dark and tired?
No matter the state of your throat,
Third eye,
And crown chakras,
Your unicorn guide has the power to recalibrate them.
Slowly and surely,
Your unicorn bows its head now to touch your throat chakra with its alicorn.
And as soon as it touches the blue crystal ball of light in the center of your throat,
There's an explosion of light.
As the light travels through your throat chakra,
All masks of pretense and denial fall off.
You reclaim your voice,
And give yourself permission to express your true feelings and be real.
The white light dissolves all form of negativity from your throat chakra.
Leaving it feeling clean,
Cleared,
And vibrant.
Your unicorn now moves its head up towards your third eye,
And its alicorn pierces through the pale purple crystal ball in the center of your head.
The explosion of high vibrating white light breaks down all blocks to your intuition.
It clears away impurity,
All that is no longer needed,
And allows your third eye chakra to restore back to its natural state.
You already feel more aware and more awakened.
Finally,
Your unicorn guide takes its alicorn up to your crown chakra at the top of your head.
As soon as the tip of the alicorn touches your crown chakra,
The bright white light released extends through it,
And obliterates all toxic energy.
It melts away rigid thought patterns and beliefs that are preventing you from surrendering yourself to Source,
Allowing a power higher than yourself to step in and take charge.
As all impurity dissolves away from your crown chakra,
Its white light blends in with the white light of the alicorn,
And extends a beam of light up to the sky.
Your very own alicorn.
Breathe in,
And breathe out,
And allow yourself to adjust to this higher vibration that's flowing from Source,
Through your crown chakra,
And into your entire body.
You've now activated a direct line of communication between you and Source.
All that you have to do to receive Source's guidance is surrender,
Something that you are now more willing and able to do.
Having completed its work,
Your unicorn guy takes a step backwards and takes a bow.
And so do you.
By clearing your throat,
Third eye,
And crown chakras,
You've awakened your feminine side.
You are now more adequately prepared to speak your truth with no filters,
And allow yourself to express your authentic feelings.
You've gotten in touch with your natural ability to receive intuitive guidance,
And you've surrendered your entire being to Source,
Not worrying about when things will take place,
Because you know and trust that it's all unfolding at the perfect time.
Breathe in deeply,
And allow these qualities to flow through you.
As your unicorn guide now steps out of your awareness,
Start coming back to the present moment by making small movements with your hands and wrists,
Maybe moving your shoulders around,
And your head clockwise and anticlockwise.
As you bring some movement back into your body,
Take a long,
Deep breath in,
Hold it,
Smile,
Open your eyes,
And release.
