Bring your attention to your heart chakra in the center of your chest,
And visualize it as this ball of emerald green light.
Allow your heart chakra to be a magnet that draws to it the 7 layers of your aura,
Ensuring that the whole of you is present within you,

Right now.
Magnetize all levels of you into your body,
Sending this signal to the universe that you are present and you're in control of your body,
Your energy,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Your spirit.
Having relaxed and centered yourself,
It's time to ground yourself by visualizing an energy cord extend from your root chakra at the base of your spine,
And let that cord dig deeper and deeper down into the earth.
Let it pass down through the different layers of soil and rock,
Through all the crystal caves,
Crossing the threshold of the earth's crust into the magma,
Until you find the earth's core,
And tie this cord around the earth's core,

Breathing in and allowing it to expand further out into your aura.
And with every inhale,
Let the extent of this light,
This radiating light from your core star,
Expand further and further out to encompass your house,
Your neighborhood,
Your city,
The whole world.
Just keep on breathing and keep allowing that to expand further and further out.

So as you breathe in and expand your consciousness to encompass the world and the universe,
