Find a quiet space where you can escape from the noise of the world,

Allowing yourself to sink into the soothing embrace of tranquility.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Allowing your body to settle into stillness.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath,

Letting go of the tension that is sitting within you.

As you begin to connect with your breath,

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

The rhythm and flow of life's precious gift.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Drawing in energy,

And exhale slowly through the mouth,

Releasing any tension or worry that you may be holding onto,

Allowing it to dissolve into the air.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Allowing each breath to carry you deeper into a state of relaxation,

Letting go of the weight of stress and anxiety that may burden your spirit.

Allow your body to relax,

Surrendering to the present moment with grace and ease.

If thoughts arise,

Like clouds passing through the sky,

Simply acknowledge them without judgment and gently guide your focus back to the soothing rhythm of your breath.

In this sanctuary of stillness,

There is no room for worry or fear,

Only a deep sense of calm and inner peace.

Now take a moment to center yourself,

To anchor your awareness in this present moment.

Feel the earth beneath you,

Supporting you with its unwavering strength and stability.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to root deeply into the ground,

Grounding yourself in the here and now.

In this space of stillness and presence,

Take a moment to reflect on the impermanence of stress and ever-changing nature of life.

Know that just as the waves rise and fall upon the shore,

So too will the challenges and difficulties you faced eventually pass.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine a warm light radiating from the center of your being,

Filling you with a sense of warmth and comfort.

Feel this light expanding with each inhale,

Washing away any residual stress or tension,

And with each exhale,
