As you gently awaken to the new day,

Let the soft glow of the morning embrace you,

Filling your being with warmth and promise.

Start by finding a comfortable seated position,

Allowing your body to settle into a posture of ease.

Gently close your eyes,

Inviting a sense of calm and presence to wash over you.

You may choose to turn your palms upwards,

Inviting openness,

Or downwards,

Grounding yourself into the earth's nurturing embrace.

As you surrender to the stillness,

Let's take a moment to connect with your breath,

The gentle rhythm of life flowing through you.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Feeling the breath fill your being,

And exhale softly through the mouth,

Releasing any tension or worry held within.

With each breath,

Invite a sense of peace and tranquility to permeate your being,

Letting go of fear and judgment,

And welcoming love and compassion into your heart.

Allow your body to relax and let go of the outside world.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Releasing any lingering tension as you embrace the effortless flow of this moment.

Start to observe your breath,

Your inhales and exhales.

Notice how your body feels,

And how your mind feels.

If your mind begins to wander,

Gently guide it back to the sanctuary of your breath,

Anchoring yourself in the present moment.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your being,

Tuning into the whispers of your intuition,

Your inner guidance.

Visualize the intentions you hold for this new day,

The feelings and experiences you wish to cultivate.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

Hear the birdsong in the air,

And bask in the radiance of your own inner light.

As you immerse yourself in this visualization,

Allow yourself to fully embody the emotions and sensations of manifesting your intentions.

Notice the joy,

The gratitude,

And the sense of fulfillment that washes over you as you step into your highest self.

Bringing your attention back to your physical body,

Gently place a hand over your heart,

Feeling the steady rhythm of your heartbeat,

The gentle reminder of your own divine essence.

With each breath,

Feel gratitude for the gift of life coursing through you,

Infusing every cell with vitality and purpose.

Take a moment to linger in this space of gratitude and presence,

Allowing the energy of this morning meditation to envelop you in its embrace.

Know that you are never alone,

That you are always held in this loving embrace of the universe.

With one final deep inhale,

Gently begin to reawaken your awareness to the world around you,

Bringing your attention back into the room and the sensations of your physical body.

When you're ready,
