I have meditated since 1998 in Berkeley, CA. There, I learned spiritual mechanics through experiential training, working with spirit guides and reading people's auras (the best!). I discovered that when you give yourself to something bigger, everything flows your way. From that, I developed The Generosity Practice. I've taught this 10-minute practice in 5-country field studies, to my clients, in workshops. It takes you from personal sanctuary to "everybody wins." This is in my guided journeys.
