You you So welcome.
In this meditation,
We'll explore discernment.
The ability to listen deeply enough to recognize what is true,
What is aligned,
And what is not.
What is our higher self calling us toward?
What is coming from the contracted individual self,
And what is arising from the deeper self,
The divine self.
How do we get to the deeper self?
One way is to pause in the moment,
To take a breath.
We can also take our decision into meditation and offer it to our inner divine self.
And that's what we're going to do now.
So take a comfortable meditation posture.
Let your spine elongate.
You can let your shoulders fall away from your ears.
You can feel your feet connecting to the earth.
Grounding you down into the earth.
And breathe in.
And breathe out.
And again,
Breathe in and breathe out.
If you haven't already,
You can close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to the first chakra,
Which is at the base of the spine.
It's near the perineum,
Which is the fleshy part there between the anus and the sex organ.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And breathe in and breathe out into this area,
This first energy center at the base of the spine.
And then let the energy flow upward into the second energy center,
The second chakra,
Which is below the belly button.
So just feeling the energy slowly rising upward.
Then let it rise upward now above the belly button to the third chakra.
The third energy center.
And now invite this energy to rise upward into the heart.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
And let the energy rise into the throat area.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Again,
Keep breathing in and breathing out into this throat area.
And you may,
As you start to still and get quieter,
You may feel this pulsation within the body as the Shakti,
The spiritual energy rises up through the body.
This energy can also be called the Kundalini energy.
Letting this energy rise up into the third eye,
Which is between the brows,
Can also be felt closer to the center of the head.
Near the pituitary.
Breathe in and breathe out here.
Let your awareness come into the center of the head.
And now let the energy rise up to the crown.
Breathe in and breathe out up into the top of the crown.
And if you want,
You can let the energy rise a little higher.
Above the crown.
Maybe 12 inches or so above the crown.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Coming into this greater state of expansion.
Greater place of oneness.
And tonight we're going to feel this light in the crown area,
This divine presence there.
And we're going to look at discernment.
And you're being invited if there's anything that you want to have more discernment around.
What is mine to do?
What actions are mine to take?
Is there anything I'm to say or not say?
Just bring this into your awareness and take a moment and fully form it in your awareness.
Anything that you want to ask about.
Just bringing it into this presence of the divine,
This light of the divine that is always with us.
And offering it up into this divine presence.
Breathing in and breathing out and focusing on the light.
Just being open to receiving grace and receiving guidance.
You may get it now.
It may come in a dream,
It may come later,
But just being open,
Inviting the divine presence that's within us.
The grace that is always available.
To guide us regarding this situation.
Again,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Let yourself stay here in the light.
Feeling the light,
The presence of the divine all around you.
With you,
Supporting you.
Loving you.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Maintaining your awareness.
That you're connected to the light,
That you are the light.
The light is you.
And this inner divine presence.
Can guide,
Support.
And illuminate.
And guide.
Support.
And illuminate.
Bringing light to any given situation.
So that we know what is ours to do.
And what is ours not to do.
And you may recognize that some of this takes surrender.
Truly surrendering.
To being guided.
Checking in and asking,
Is this mine to say?
Or not say.
Pausing.
Connecting.
Asking.
We invite the divine presence that's within us to guide us,
To support us in having this pause when we need to pause.
Is this mine to eat?
Is this mine to drink?
What is the highest and best for my body?
Who are the people that you would have me be with?
Trusting the divine always loves us.
Always supports our moving forward in love,
In grace,
In enlightenment.
As we learn to trust this inner divine light.
It is easier and easier to move forward.
Easier and easier to say no.
Easier and easier to say yes.
Because it's not the ego making those choices.
It's the inner divine presence.
When we're willing to let go and be guided by this presence.
We come into more peace.
We come into more joy.
More lightheartedness and laughter in our lives.
Welcoming in.
This joy.
Welcoming in love.
Welcoming in bliss,
Peace,
Joy.
Divine Grace.
Divine guidance.
We give thanks now and forever.
For this divine,
Loving presence that is us.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You can stay in meditation as long as you'd like.
And when you're ready.
You can gently allow yourself to come out of meditation You can breathe in.
And breathe out.
Allow your feet,
Your body.
To connect with the earth and ground.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Peace and blessings.
Namaste.
Bye.
You you
