You you Welcome.
In this meditation,
We're going to explore I am.
And letting life flow through us.
So take a comfortable meditation posture.
Let your spine elongate.
Let your shoulders fall away from your ears.
And breathe in deeply and breathe out long.
Again,
Breathe in deeply.
And breathe out long.
Let yourself feel pulled inward.
Breathing in.
.
.
Breathing out.
Pulling within.
That inner divine presence that is always within us.
Tonight we're going to practice with I am.
And when I say I am,
We're affirming that we are this divine presence.
That this divine presence lives within us.
Plays within us.
I am.
Just feel yourself coming into this place of I.
Aeon.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
I am.
And now as you say,
I am,
And you breathe in,
I AM.
Notice the space between the next time you breathe in.
I am.
Breathe in I am and breathe out I am.
And notice the space.
Between each breath.
Breathing in.
I am.
There's a space.
Breathing out.
I am.
There's a space.
And you're invited to let yourself move into this space.
Between the in-breath and the out-breath.
The out-breath and the in-breath.
So again,
Breathing in,
I am.
Feeling the space.
Breathing out,
I am.
Feeling the speed.
Letting yourself go into this space.
It may feel easier to go in on the in-breath or on the out-breath.
Or both.
You're just moving into this space.
Between I am.
On the in-breath.
.
.
I am on the out-breath.
This space may feel like suchness.
This expanded presence.
May feel like light.
There may be stillness there.
I am.
I am.
Let yourself be pulled deeper into the stillness.
Expanding into the stillness.
Continuing your breath.
Continuing to focus on I.
Am.
At your own pace.
Bye.
Air.
This divine presence.
I am.
Lie.
I am love.
Now see if you can see the things that you're doing in life.
Coming from this inner place of stillness.
What are things that are meaningful to you in your life that you're doing?
That are coming from this place.
Of inner stillness.
Quiet too.
I am.
And then just take a moment and see if there are things that you're doing that can come from this inner stillness.
This inner presence connecting to this stillness who I am.
Are you tending to a child from this place of stillness?
I am.
Are you creating from this place of stillness?
I am.
What are some of the things you do during your day?
That can come from this place of stillness.
Are you tending your garden?
I am.
What type of work are you doing that you can bring this stillness,
This connection to this divine presence within you?
Letting that presence guide you.
Opening.
To creative ideas.
Opening to what is mine to say.
I am.
What are the actions that I'm to take?
Feeling this deep abiding connection.
That you take time.
To nourish.
Hi.
Am.
And now again,
Bring yourself back.
Through the pause between the in-breath and the out-breath.
And the out-breath.
Breathing in,
I am.
Breathing out I am.
And feeling that pause.
On the in-breath.
And the out-breath.
At your own pace.
Breathing in,
I am.
Breathing out,
I am.
Soaking.
In the stillness.
The clarity.
The being,
Simply being.
In this place of I am.
Breathing in.
.
.
And breathing out I am.
As always,
You can stay in meditation.
As long as you like and continue to let yourself feel this state of peace and quietude in this stillness.
The I am on the in-breath and the I am on the out-breath.
When you're ready to come out of meditation.
You can gently allow your feet,
Your tailbone to connect.
To the Earth.
You may want to let the pulsation of I am resonate in your heart.
Breathing in and breathing out.
When you're ready.
You can gently open your eyes and observe the space.
They're very soft.
I am.
Peace,
Blessings and namaste.
You you
