Welcome,
My name is Gus,
And this is a guided meditation for finding your path.
I'd like to start this meditation today by congratulating yourself.
Please take this time to thank yourself for making the effort of being here and now,
Looking after your soul,
Your mind,
And as a consequence,
Your body as a whole.
Ensure you cannot be disturbed for the moments to follow,
As this is a moment for you and you only.
At this present moment,
You are safe.
All your possessions are safe.
You are secured and loved inside your home,
Inside your heart.
Understand that at this present moment,
Absolutely nothing is required for you.
You only need to be,
And to be only.
We start by just feeling.
We feel our bodies.
We feel the weight of our arms against our laps or the bed.
We feel our back and all the muscles in our back.
And as we notice them,
We relax them.
We feel also all of the muscles in our neck,
Face,
Lips,
Cheeks,
Forehead and nose.
And we relax them.
We also distribute all of this single,
Pointedly attention and focus into our abdomen,
Pelvic bone,
Hips,
Legs,
Knees and calves.
Allowing the tension to just melt away,
Melting away as we breathe.
We also focus on our feet and all the little muscles and bones.
All relaxed,
All free.
And as you allow all of this tension to just melt away,
As you allow this tension to just leave your body,
You'll find yourself breathing in and out.
You'll find yourself being.
This blissful moment.
You'll realise that this is the truest version of you.
As your mind comes down,
Just like the surface of a lake,
You'll notice that deep inside yourself is who you truly are.
This beautiful ocean of peace,
Relaxation and stillness.
You're so calm right now.
This is you.
Welcome.
Sometimes we might wonder about our path,
The choices we have made,
The people that we have brought and left behind.
The opportunities that we have accepted and denied.
The words that we have kept and those that we have let go.
All of those decisions,
All of those roads that you have taken,
Willingly or not,
Have brought you to this moment,
To this breathing you are about to take in.
All of your so-called mistakes and achievements have brought you to this moment here with me,
With yourself.
Life is a book.
However,
The pages are not in order.
Things are not so simple.
The paragraphs don't necessarily follow from one to the other.
The title is blurry.
There is nothing about the author.
And the ending is unfinished.
However,
This is where you are now.
Breathing now.
Breathing and relaxing.
Slowly bring into your awareness now all of your achievements,
All of the beautiful people that you have attracted into your life.
All of the courses you have completed.
All of the challenges that you have overcome.
All of the fears that you have completely destroyed.
And all of the smiles you have caused on people's faces.
Remember those tough times?
You are a hero.
You are a hero.
Congratulations.
As human beings,
We tend to and need to classify our experiences as good or bad.
Successful or unsuccessful.
However,
In spiritual truth,
All is only an experience.
No labeling required.
You have grown.
You have learned.
And you will continue to be challenged.
And you will continue to win.
Because this is who you are.
A peaceful,
Relaxed being of light.
Yes.
You always win in the end.
As you breathe in and breathe out within this meditation,
I invite you to marvel at all of your achievements.
Remember them.
One by one.
And as you breathe out,
Let go of all judgement.
All guilt.
And all choices you think you have made wrong.
Let them go.
They brought you here.
They brought you to this next breath of pure peace.
As you fuel yourself with the sensation of victory,
Peace and happiness,
You realize that you don't need to try and understand a book.
It has no title.
And the pages are not in order.
You just read and you enjoy.
You learn and you turn the page.
No attachment.
No judgement.
Only experience and growth.
Don't try and understand your past.
Or try to give some sense to it.
You are free to embrace your way through growth.
And you have been doing just so.
Just like a few things have already made sense to you,
Everything else will come together.
In between all the curves and bends and bridges and tangles in your path.
At the end of the road.
At the end of lots of different roads.
You will make sense.
You will understand.
For now,
Be proud.
Be proud of everything they have accomplished.
And through every single breath.
You are here.
You are a warrior.
And victory is yours.
I invite you now to bring all of this understanding and all of this relaxation into a big and nice deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Let go one more time.
Bringing you back into your awakened state.
You are going to take another deep breath in.
And as we breathe out,
We start wiggling our toes.
Moving our fingers.
Allowing the proud.
All of the pride and all of the love to come back with you.
Into the now.
And the last deep breath in.
As you breathe out,
Open your eyes and welcome this beautiful world.
Look in your surroundings and see your home.
See your possessions.
See your castle of peace.
You have achieved it.
Congratulations.
