Welcome.
I would like you to close your eyes now.
Give yourself a very comfortable position in a safe room where you're not going to be disturbed for the duration of this meditation.
This is your moment,
A moment of peace,
A moment for your soul and absolutely nothing else.
You are safe,
You are calm and by listening to the background music and my voice you will relax more and more into a deep state of bliss.
As you relax you pay attention to your breathing and you feel the fresh,
Cold air coming in through your nostrils all the way down,
Down into your lungs where this freshness,
This beautiful new air is fully absorbed into your body.
And you feel the old stale air coming out and as you breathe out you let go of all of the worries,
Cares and concerns.
You are emptying yourself out in a conscious movement of breathing.
You are a conscious being and you let go now.
You feel the weight of your body against the cushion of the bed.
You also connect with the rising and the fall of your chest.
You feel the synchronicity that is present within your body,
The air in and out of your nostrils,
The rise and the fall of your chest,
The weight of your body against the bed or the cushion.
You feel it all.
You are a field of sensation.
You are pure sensation and this relaxes you.
As you breathe out you let go more and more.
When we close our eyes and we pay attention to everything that happens within we realise how small and insignificant the outside problems are.
You may ask yourself,
Who am I?
Who do I really am?
On your daily routine you feel all sorts of emotions as a response to the outside influences that you receive and the outside experiences which you go through.
You feel that however,
That that is not who you are here,
Now,
Feeling your breathing,
Feeling your natural body movements,
Feeling your chair and feeling your seat or your bed.
You are the calmness of your just being,
This is who you are.
You are this calmness that extends all over your body now.
You are this presence,
This perception.
You exist.
Forgive yourself by letting go of all of the attitudes,
Decisions and actions which you have taken and you regret.
It is natural that sometimes we only react to protect ourselves,
To make the best decision at the time or to avoid worst things.
However,
Your present self,
This one that breathes in and out,
Feels the air,
Feels their own heartbeat,
Listens to this beautiful music and to my voice.
This is who you really are,
A sea of peace and relaxation.
Slave yourself into your own reality,
Rejoice this moment of truth.
Remember who you are.
When we live a human life,
We are constantly put through trials,
Challenges and difficult situations.
Remember how many times you have excelled and successfully gone through a difficult period.
This has given you everything that you need in order to go through the next trial.
Although this present state is your only true one,
You might need to adopt and to act as a different persona in order to quickly and effectively resolve your matters in the physical world.
Sometimes we need to be stern,
Strong and decisive.
Sometimes we need to be quick and wit.
Sometimes we even act in a way that we ourselves don't approve afterwards.
However this is a moment of healing and on your next breath out.
And for the other ones to come,
You will let go of any and all possible self judgement or thoughts which are holding you back.
So breathe in nice and strong.
And as you breathe out,
Let it all go.
Repeat this for as many times as you need,
Always basking on the eternal peace of your inner truth.
And as you breathe out,
Let it all go.
Feel your infinite strength,
Your stability,
Your peace.
Feel also your physical body in this present moment.
Feel how relaxed you are.
Feel like ready you are to continue your journey.
Feel how light your physical body feels.
And feel how even lighter your soul is now.
You are fully relaxed,
Fully reset.
You are in peace with everything you have done and everything you are still required to do.
You feel a strong sense of pride growing stronger within your being.
When you prepare yourself to slowly return to your physical world,
To the physical expression of yourself.
But remember that this is who you truly are and you shall embrace this truth today,
Tomorrow and forever more.
Take a nice deep breath in and as you breathe out you start wiggling your toes,
Moving your fingers.
Once more you take a nice deep breath in and you breathe out nice and fully.
For the last time you take a nice deep breath in and you stretch and you allow your body to speak and do whatever it feels like doing.
And as you breathe out you carry with you all the peace that you have just gathered.
