Feeling good creates momentum.
Feeling bad creates momentum too.

Would you rather find an excuse to feel good or an excuse to feel bad?
You have been given free will.
You can choose whatever you want.
You may not have thought about this before.
It is your choice to focus in a way that makes you feel good or bad.
This universe responds to how you feel.
Feeling good engages universal forces and well-being flows.
Feeling bad limits the flow of energy.
You must start thinking more about feeling good.
You must care about how you feel.
You must say and do things that keep you feeling good.
You must avoid doing and saying things that make you feel bad.
Make it your priority to do whatever you can to feel good.
Make things fun.
Be easy and light.

You get to choose what it means to you.
You get to make it all up.
