Alignment Activation Meditation Level 1 - W/ Light Language

This is the Alignment meditation with Light Language and is part of the Level One Activation series. We use this meditation prior to the full Activation in week four of the program. The light language speaks to the cells of your body and makes it so much easier to find and maintain your alignment.

Welcome to the alignment meditation in preparation for activation.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting up or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a very deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

And then slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension,

Stress,

Worry,

Anger,

Or resentment that you may be holding within your body.

As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,

Allow your body to relax,

Sinking deeper into a state of calmness and tranquility.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Set your intention for this meditation.

What is it that you seek to align with?

Is it clarity,

Abundance,

Love,

Healing?

Whatever it may be,

Hold your intention clearly in your mind,

And trust that the universe is ready to support you on this journey of alignment.

Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm,

And hold your focus as you follow your breath in and out.

If your mind begins to wander,

Just gently bring it back and focus once again on your natural rhythmic breath.

Now imagine yourself standing on a pristine beach,

Feeling the warm sand beneath your toes,

The sun shining brightly,

Casting a golden glow over your surroundings.

You can hear the gentle sound of waves crashing against the shore,

In perfect rhythm with your breath,

Resonating with the peace within you.

As you gaze out at the vast expanse of the ocean,

Know that it is a metaphor for the infinite potential and boundless energy of the universe.

Visualize the water shimmering and sparkling,

Reflecting the magnificent colors of the sky above.

Each wave that rolls onto the shore carries with it the wisdom and guidance of the universe,

Reminding you of your deep connection to all that is.

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

The place where your inner self resides.

Feel a warm,

Radiant green light emanating from this center,

Expanding with each breath you take.

And now imagine that your breath is coming in and out of this energy center.

This light represents your inner alignment with Source Energy,

The essence of who you truly are.

With each breath in and out of this heart center,

Allow the light to grow brighter and more expansive,

Enveloping your entire body in its loving embrace.

Feel the warmth and nurturing energy of this light as it flows through every cell,

Rejuvenating and revitalizing your being.

With each breath,

You become more aligned with your inner self and the universal energy that surrounds you.

As you continue to stand on the beach,

Imagine a gentle breeze caressing your skin,

Carrying with it whispers of inspiration and guidance.

Listen closely to these whispers as they guide you towards a deeper understanding of your purpose and desires.

Now feel the energy of the intention that you set,

Vibrating within you.

Clarity,

Abundance,

Love,

Healing.

Imagine it radiating outwards like ripples in a pond.

See these ripples expanding beyond the beach,

Reaching out to the farthest corners of the universe.

Know that the loving universe is responding to your intention with unwavering support and guidance.

Just take a moment to express your gratitude for this alignment.

Feel a deep sense of appreciation for the wisdom and love that flows through you and surrounds you at all times.
