Hi and good day.

Offering yourself a few moments to reflect and begin anew is a beautiful gift.

Allow this thought to settle in.

You are giving yourself something to be relished and cherished.

Join me by saying or thinking the following to yourself.

I can breathe.

I can feel.

I am alive.

I am alive.

Offer yourself a few moments to let the breath of the new day settle in.

Allow your eyes to do as they may.

Look inwards by closing your eyes.

Or gaze upon something just outside.

Is there something new?

Does anything keep appearing and disappearing?

Embrace whatever comes to you.

Today is a new day.

Possibilities are endless.

And you can achieve anything.

For the next 30 seconds,

I invite you to breathe slowly and deeply as you remind yourself that your new day is here and you are enough.

I'm proud of you.

Let's embrace the day by acknowledging the many amazing things hidden in plain sight.
