Hello beautiful soul to this guided quantum reiki healing meditation for self trust,

Social anxiety struggles and the solar plexus chakra.

If you are an empathic or sensitive soul born into this world just as I was,

Then you might struggle with self trust and social anxiety.

These have been some of my largest hurdles to overcome on my earth journey here.

I want to explain some of my personal experiences with these issues and maybe you will be able to relate to some of them.

We will then begin the healing.

Growing up I was extremely sensitive and often felt life and the world on a deeper level than most.

I was quirky and different and felt everything,

But the people around me did not see the world the same way.

I was often shamed for my differences and for expressing my authentic self.

When we are younger and this happens to us,

We start to hide those aspects of ourselves from the world because we are made to feel that they are weird and wrong.

Our true self aspects then get lodged into our subconscious self where they remain until we bring the light of consciousness to them.

They become part of our shadow self because we are often not even aware that we have hidden them away.

Our shadow self then sabotages us in our life and can manifest as anxiety,

Depression,

Anger,

Rage,

Despair,

Hopelessness and the list of unwanted emotions goes on.

For me I began to mistrust myself since I was shut down for my authentic self and this then manifested as severe social anxiety.

I was always unsure as to whether I should speak up in a group setting or say the things that were on my mind because I had been shamed for them and assumed that they were wrong.

I began to feel that I was inherently wrong and unworthy.

I had immense shame and lived in constant disgust about myself.

When I was 19 I had a spiritual awakening and followed my intuition but due to being misunderstood once again I ended up being locked up in a mental institution.

My mistrust for myself grew from that point on since I felt as if my intuition and trust in my own divine guidance had only led me to extreme pain and trauma.

Later I uncovered information about my past lives where I was also silenced for speaking my truth.

In some lives I was isolated from the village.

In some locked away for years or my whole life and in others I was even killed for speaking about spirituality.

I am telling you this beautiful soul because your social anxiety or mistrust for yourself may run so deep even into other lives that you have lived and there may be wounds that have come with you in this life and remain in your DNA and chakras.

We now have to start to be the ones to validate ourselves because others invalidated us.

We must become the loving support that we always needed but were not given.

I have created some affirmations that we will use as I send you this Quantum Reiki.

You do not have to say them but you can and that will be very effective or you can say them in your head or just listen to them and even hearing them will benefit you.

Today we are going to use Quantum Reiki and some positive affirmations to clear out the solar plexus blockages and rewire our neural pathways so that we can express our true authenticity more in this world.

Reiki means universal life energy and it was created by Macau Usui who created Usui Reiki which is the most well known form of Reiki.

At the time that it was created the planet was at a much lower vibration so Quantum Reiki was not able to be taught at that time due to the increase in frequency of Mother Gaia Mother Earth.

It is now the most advanced form of Reiki on the planet.

Quantum Reiki is multi-dimensional whereas Usui Reiki was third dimensional and could only operate on that level.

This Quantum Reiki operates on many dimensions and is not restricted by time or space.

That means you can reap the benefits of this Reiki simply through my intention to provide it to you and your intention to receive it quantumly transcending time and space which after all are only illusions.

All you have to do for this healing quantum energy to successfully heal and work is visualize that I am in the room.

You don't even need to know what I look like.

Maybe just imagine an outline of a female body or a silhouette of a female body.

It does not matter.

Only the intention matters.

And as I describe and actually send energy your way you are going to visualize the energy being sent directly to the chakra centers clearing out all the lower denser energies and causing healing to occur.

So before we go deep into this Quantum Reiki healing I want us to go even deeper now into this meditation and relaxation.

So if we can breathe deeply together let's get more relaxed.

So in a moment I'm going to start the Quantum Reiki being sent directly into your solar plexus chakra which is located in your stomach area.

So visualize healing green energy pouring out of my hand.

Remember I am in the room with you.

And penetrating into your solar plexus chakra we will begin in 3,

Keep breathing deeply as the energy works on your chakra.

It's okay if you can't feel anything it doesn't mean it's not working.

Some people are very sensitive to energy and others aren't as sensitive but that's okay.

Just visualize,

Set the intention that this is working and it is and so it is.

In a moment I'm going to begin the affirmations that will help to rewire your brain and I will continue to pump the energy while I say these affirmations.

I am trusting myself more and more every day.

I am honoring my truest authentic version.

I am beginning to trust my own perception.

I am feeling more and more confident in myself.

I am becoming more relaxed around others.

I am starting to express my full authentic self around people.

I am releasing all self judgment towards myself.

I am validating myself and my own perspective.

I want you to imagine fire burning in your solar plexus.

Burning brightly,

Passionately and confidently.

Growing in your solar plexus this beautiful bright fire.

And I want you to imagine your solar plexus spinning clockwise.

Flowing,

Glowing,

Sending out so much yellow light.

Growing in intensity.

Feel imagining the quantum reiki hitting this chakra.

Clearing chakra.

I want you to see yourself as your most radiant version in your head now.

See yourself with confidence.

See yourself smiling,

Joyful,

Strong and powerful.

See yourself fully accepting of who you are and what you are here for.

The magnificence of you in all your glory.

Because you are glorious.

No matter what anybody has ever said to you.

You are magnificent.

You deserve to be here.

You are worthy.

And you need to tell yourself these things every day to rewire your brain.

And over time,

Even though it is gradual,

You will see the shifts.

And you can always come back to this healing of the solar plexus for even deeper healing.

And whenever you're feeling mistrustful of yourself or lacking confidence,

This will give you that boost and align your chakra back into a harmonious state.
