I'm Gia Lady and this is a grounding meditation.
A grounding practice and activation for you to use as you want and as you need.
So let's get grounded.
Connecting deeply to the earth has allowed my creativity to boundlessly flow in so many ways.
Together we ground ourselves.
I share my practices with you for the radiance of our human race.
Take a breath.
Remove distractions from your environment as much as possible and if any distractions float through stay grounded.
Remain present.
Do this now and in any moment especially that of stress trauma or frenetic situation.
Close your eyes.
Look inwards and plunge your energy into the center of our planet feeling gravity.
Breathe deeply to the bottoms of your lungs through your feet.
Feel your feet magnetically connect with a molten core of the earth.
Feel the ground and listen deeply continuing to breathe slowly and fully.
Let your jaw relax and surrender to the earth's currents.
Plug yourself back into the earth into the physical ground.
Our planet is a giant battery.
A force to which we belong to at the very least in our physical matter.
A source of regenerative energy some simply call the source.
This is us and this is our planet.
We simply need to plug into the natural rhythms.
Open and receive.
Connect with nature.
Your own breath,
Gravity.
Look at the sky.
Touch your body.
Eat food.
Connect with animals.
When our ideals and ideas become too expansive of the air,
Water,
Fire,
Or ether we can physically ground our bodies into the Mother Earth to balance and to temper the elements.
For all must exist in a balance in order to thrive.
Just as you would with an electrical current,
Channel your energy through the ground in order to safely fly and float and journey in the ether realms.
As a balloon must be tethered so it doesn't fly away.
Unground adventures can become unrealistic and may be lost off into another plane of reality longer than is healthy.
Ideas can spiral out of control and reality can become altered,
Forsaken.
Entering into connection or communication with grounded beings can seem harsh if we are away for too long from this earth battery of ours.
Grounding is protective especially against future surges.
The better anchored we are to this planet the more we may move through our life with intention and purpose.
When the world around us is thrumming and pulsing with wild chaotic currents,
Use these grounding techniques to pause and steady.
Grounding prevents future burnout by doubling down on being right here right now.
Breathe deeply.
Breathe deeply.
Pulse your connection to the ground and know it's always here for you.
Remind yourself of grounding with rocks,
Crystal,
Metal,
Wood.
Breathe.
Open your eyes and move.
Let the earth ground you and dissolve negativity with the eternal earthly cycle and allow yourself to re-engage from a more grounded place.
You can always take just one breath to ground yourself in any situation.
The earth is always here for you.
