Today is the day that I'm going to heal a little bit more. I'm going to let go of all of the bad, Of all of the broken pieces, And I'm going to hold on tight to only the good, Only the pure that I know was there. I will hold it dear in my mind and in my heart. I will feed it love and water it and nurture it and wait patiently for it to grow, To fill in all the empty spaces with new ideas, New appreciations, New perceptions, New life, And I will embrace all of the possibilities of purpose, Of goodness, Of love. Today is the day that I'm going to heal.
