This is a practice that will support you in feeling and believing the potential of what you wish for.
Let's begin this meditation coming into a comfortable seated or lying position,
Either firmly on the chair or nice and comfortable on the floor.
Elongate your spine,
Stretch your body out,
And get comfortable.
Relax your shoulders,
And when you feel grounded and ready,
Gently close your eyes,
Settling in with a few conscious breaths,
Noticing how effortless the flow of your breath is.
As you breathe in,
Soften your belly.
As you breathe,
Allowing it to fall on every exhale and softly rise on each inhale.
You do not need to push or force your breath.
Just allow it to flow easily and naturally.
Inhale,
Belly rise.
Exhale,
Belly falls.
Inhale,
Belly rise.
Exhale,
Belly falls.
Inhale,
Belly rise.
Exhale,
Belly falls.
Inhale,
Belly rise.
Exhale,
Belly falls.
As you breathe in this time,
Let the rich,
Clean,
Renewing oxygen trickle down through your body,
Swirling within your lungs.
Feel it effortlessly flow down to your stomach,
Breathing,
Bringing your attention down to your feet.
Slowly,
Consciously releasing the air through your open mouth.
Imagine that from below you,
There's a golden light entering your feet.
This light is relaxing and invigorating.
Imagine this light slowly traversing up through your body to bring ease,
Fresh energy,
And renewed possibility.
Feel it flowing from your feet into your ankles and slowly up your legs.
Imagine this light traveling through your hips,
Pelvis,
And into your belly and all the muscles around it.
Then elevating up your spine,
Bringing relaxation and fresh energy to your entire body.
Feel this light softening and expanding your heart space,
Flowing through your arms and shoulders,
Trickling all the way down to your fingers.
Your mind and body is light,
Spacious,
And open.
Feel your entire body full with this light,
Deepening your sense of ease,
Trust,
And overall well-being.
The imagery of this light begins to slowly dissipate.
The fresh energy remains the same.
As this happens,
Allow your attention to fall down from your head and into your heart,
Breathing through and into your heart for a few deep breaths,
Through your mouth and out through your mouth.
Imagine your mouth is positioned right over your heart.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Let this breath nourish your heart,
Observing this light moving through your entire head,
Easing tension around your eyebrow line,
Your jaw line,
Totally relaxing your face and freeing your mind.
Ask yourself,
What is my heart's truest,
Most wisest,
Wildest desire?
Resting in the silence for a few moments as you observe what arises.
Stay open to receiving a heartfelt insight that is deeply in love,
Passion,
And wisdom.
Once you have clarity about your heart's desire,
Visualize yourself in a place where this goal comes to life.
See yourself in the near future,
Expressing and experiencing your heart's desire.
Notice where you are,
Who you're with,
What the environment is like.
Notice the qualities that are present within you as you live out your desire.
Observe what it feels like to see this play out in your mind's eye.
Is there a part of you that comes alive?
Feel the love,
Confidence,
And peace moving through your body as you visualize yourself living out your dreams.
Keep your forehead,
Jaw,
Shoulders,
And hands relaxed as you continue to visualize this potential,
Allowing your breath to steadily send loving energy to this vision.
And as you breathe in,
Feel your breath flowing through your heart.
With each breath,
Open your heart to the possibility of receiving your heartfelt desire.
Softening your body on each exhale.
How soft can you become?
Breathing in,
Sensing that you are receiving and expanding.
Breathing out,
Sense that you are softening and landing into the potentiality of your desires.
Spend just a few more moments visualizing the manifestation of your heart's desire.
Continue to notice how you feel in your mind and in your body as you play this movie in your mind's eye.
Slowly let the visualization fade as you come back to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Bringing your attention to the crown of your head,
Slowly scanning your body towards the earth.
Relax your neck,
Forehead,
Your jaw,
And your shoulders.
Relax your hands and your belly,
And relax your legs on down to your feet.
Feel your connection to the surface beneath you.
And before you open your eyes,
Reaffirm this visualization by silently repeating to yourself,
I believe in my dream.
With steady breath,
When you feel ready,
Open your eyes to this present moment.
Be good,
Do good,
And have a glorious day.
