Let's take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Letting go of any expectations or lingering tension that might be present in your body.
On your next few exhales,
Indicating to your body that it is safe to make sound and to be heard.
That's it.
Breathing in through the nose,
Big exhale out through the mouth.
And in a moment,

As you focus on your breath,
Bring your attention to your womb space.
Take a moment to acknowledge this powerful and sacred part of your body.
Placing your hands on your belly and feeling the warmth and energy of your feminine power center.
Visualize this space as a lush and nourishing garden filled with lush greenery and blooming flowers.
Take a few moments to appreciate the beauty of your inner landscape.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine this garden expanding beyond your physical body,
Radiating out into the world around you.
See and feel the beauty and power of your femininity rippling outward,
Bringing healing and transformation to those around you.
Stay with this visualization for as long as you like,
Breathing deeply and soaking up the energy from your feminine center.
And when you're ready,
Slowly release the visualization and come back to your breath.
