Welcome to a self-love meditation for her.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying position,

Either on the floor or in a chair.

Place your hands on your lap,

Palms facing upwards and close your eyes.

In this meditation,

We'll be traveling with a 4-4 breathing pattern,

In through the nose and out through the nose,

Allowing yourself to open up to the endless possibilities of your beautiful natural essence.

Your beautiful natural world has flourished from your very existence,

And for that,

I am forever grateful.

Let's take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Letting go of any expectations or lingering tension that might be present in your body.

On your next few exhales,

Indicating to your body that it is safe to make sound and to be heard.

That's it.

Breathing in through the nose,

Big exhale out through the mouth.

And in a moment,

I'll count us in from three to one.

And when I get to one,

I invite you to breathe.

Breathe in the compelling softness of you.

Welcoming in the 4-4 nasal breathing pattern in three,

Two,

One.

In two,

Three,

Four.

Out two,

Three,

Four.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Connect with your heart.

Allow yourself to open up to the nurturing love and presence that is innately embedded in you.

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you,

Enveloping you in a sense of safety and security.

Allow this light to fill you up from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.

As you focus on your breath,

Bring your attention to your womb space.

Take a moment to acknowledge this powerful and sacred part of your body.

Placing your hands on your belly and feeling the warmth and energy of your feminine power center.

Visualize this space as a lush and nourishing garden filled with lush greenery and blooming flowers.

Take a few moments to appreciate the beauty of your inner landscape.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine this garden expanding beyond your physical body,

Radiating out into the world around you.

See and feel the beauty and power of your femininity rippling outward,

Bringing healing and transformation to those around you.

Stay with this visualization for as long as you like,

Breathing deeply and soaking up the energy from your feminine center.

And when you're ready,

Slowly release the visualization and come back to your breath.

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to nourish your feminine spirit.

She deserves it.

Slowly open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and renewed.
