Music Meditation For Creativity & Pleasure @ 417 Hz + BB

In this 22-minute gently played healing music track, you will hear the sound of my electric guitar tuned at 417 Hz, with some loopings from minute 10. Through this frequency, you can tackle emotional blockages and boost creativity and pleasure since it tunes into our Sacral chakra.
In this track I guide your meditation with a few simple instructions.

Let's start by doing our Ujjayi breath.

You can do it out of a straw,

Imaginary straw,

Or you can do it narrowing your throat,

So that the out-breath is audible.

As many as your body needs.

As many as your body needs.

To feel more grounded and centered and calm.

Now focus for a moment on your face.

See if there is any tension anywhere on your face.

You might also bring a half-smile there,

Which does wonders to our mind.

Let your shoulders drop.

Be comfortable,

This is your moment.

So our intention today is that our emotions can flow to come into our life easily,

Naturally.

We deserve that.

We are that,

We are pleasure,

We are creativity,

We are emotions,

We are free emotions.
