Before starting, please make yourself comfortable and take a few deep breaths, with the exhale longer than the inhale (you can think of having a thin straw between your lips while exhaling). In this 15-minute gently played healing music track, you can hear my electric guitar tuned at the frequency of 528 Hz, one of the most powerful solfeggio frequencies, resonating with our Solar Plexus Chakra. Exposure to this sound wave can reduce anxiety and increase mindfulness and focus. In some parts of this improvisation, I achieve a sustained, pure 528 Hz tone through the use of an e-bow.
