This recording is to be listened to if you feel alone or hurt,
If you had a heartbreak,
Or if you have trouble forgiving yourself or want to develop more kindness and self-love for yourself.
Now you can close your eyes and concentrate on your eyelids.
You feel every single muscle in and around your eyes relax completely.
Feel how your eyes close more fully.
The more you concentrate on your eyes,
The more they close.
And the more you try to open your eyes,
The less you will succeed.
Because every single muscle in and around your eyes is fully relaxed.
Now let this pleasant relaxation that you currently feel in your eyes drift down.
Down over your jaw,
Your neck.
Feel how the relaxation flows down further.
Over your shoulder.
Then again over your arms,
Down to your fingertips.
You feel the relaxation spreading over your upper body.
Then over to your stomach,
Your hips,
Your legs,
And down to your toes.
You go deeper and deeper into the relaxation.
You feel how your arms become heavy,
How your legs become heavy.
But at the same time you feel pleasantly light and you feel how all tension drift away.
And the relaxation spreads further and further in your body.
And then let the same relaxation that you feel in the soles of your feet flow up again with more intensity.
Up again in your legs.
Then further into your hips,
Into your stomach,
And then into your upper body.
Into your shoulder,
Over your arms,
Down to your fingertips again.
Now you go even deeper into the relaxation.
Deeper and deeper,
More and more relaxed.
You feel how you relax more and more and how with every time you breathe out a wave of relaxation go through your head and your body.
Deeper and deeper,
Deeper relaxed.
Now concentrate on your breathing.
Just observe how your breath flows.
You don't evaluate anything.
Your breath is exactly as it is okay.
Feel how you relax deeper and deeper with each breath.
With each breath a pleasant wave of relaxation goes through your head and body.
Maybe you don't even feel deeply relaxed now,
But you are already very deeply relaxed.
Now we simply go deeper into the relaxation.
Imagine standing at the top of a staircase.
It is your personal staircase of relaxation.
It is safe.
The staircase has 10 steps and leads down.
I will count down from 10 to 1 in a moment and with one step lower you will relax more and more.
Each step will double your mental and physical relaxation.
Everything around you will be completely different.
You will concentrate only on my voice.

Take a deep breath and feel how you let go even more and go deeper into the relaxation.

In your mind's eyes you see yourself stepping into a wonderful garden.
This garden is beautiful with lots of flowers,
Birds,
Animals,
Rivers and waterfalls.
Abundance is everywhere.
It is your garden of self-love and kindness you have for yourself.
Today you have a particular mission.
You are going to plant a new seed,
A healing seed that will allow you to definitely and durably renew with self-love and kindness for yourself and give them solid roots so that they remain solid and stable regardless of external circumstances.
For that you prepare the ground.
You look at the earth and see everything that could have altered your love for yourself.
To protect you from all the feelings that you might perceive so that you can perceive the scene as if you were just an observer,
There is a large glass pane between you and the earth.
No matter what image you remember,
You will perceive them without feeling,
Without any deep feeling that the event might have been caused you.

And now it's time to take all these weeds from the ground and burn them.

They are definitely a way.
This way you have the opportunity to erase all the memory that have a negative impact on the self-love and kindness you have towards yourself.
Look at each weeds burning.

Now you are ready to plant this healing seed.
The ground is ready and you are ready.
This seed will allow you to develop more self-love and kindness towards yourself.
This seed contains information that you will continue to repeat until it has a positive,
Visible and lasting results in your life.
You record this information in your subconscious and let him do the healing process.
You are a pure light who has always been loved and desired.
You belong here.
You came to this earth because you were wanted and you have your mission to accomplish on this earth.
You are a radiant and whole being.
You are pure love,
Loved and loving.
You are love,
Intelligence and kindness.
Love is innate and central to your life.
Love restores faith in you and in your life.
You accept yourself as you are.
You are perfect,

You make sure that your love cup is always full enough.
Your needs are legitimate and deserve your full attention.
You recognize your value.
You accept and love every part of yourself.
You respect yourself in all circumstances.
You are worthy.
You honor yourself daily by taking care of yourself.
You have a balanced and healthy relationship with food and you free yourself from your addictions.
You free yourself from the need to self-sabotage you or destroy yourself.
You act in accordance with your value and thoughts.
You express yourself honestly.
You are aligned and in tune with your true self.
You are loyal to yourself.
You tell your truth and keep your commitment to yourself.
You are committed to yourself,
Your life,
Your opinion.
You are deeply reconnecting with abundance.
You let pleasure and kindness and fun into your life.
You are aware of your power.
You become aware of your value.
Your inner dialogue becomes positive and optimistic.
Your inner child is healed.
You draw wisdom from your past and activate healing for what bothers you in your present.
You renew your joy and desire to play.
You listen to your inner truth.
You are connected to your intuition.
You are guided to live your life successfully.
You connect to your spirituality and you understand that life has meaning,
That you are here for a reason and that there is someone who will always be there for you.
By accepting that,
Your life is blessed.
You free yourself from fear,
Doubt,
Anxiety and suffering.
You have nothing to prove,
Do,
Hide or improve to be loved.
You are already worthy to be loved as you are.
You are accepted for who you are.
Your love for you is independent of what others think of you or how people behave towards you.
The people,
The situation that may have hurt you in your past have been part of your path and have allowed you to become the beautiful person you are today.
You are so full of love for yourself that it is easy for you to forgive anyone who may have hurt you.
You understand that this was part of your life and their paths.
And above all,
You forgive what you consider to be mistake,
False regret,
Clumsiness.
You are human after all and your intentions are good.

You dare to be yourself in all circumstances.
Free from the others' gaze because you know that true courage consists in showing your vulnerability,

You water it carefully and you promise to take care of it regularly so that it grows and becomes a beautiful tree rooted in your garden.
So that whatever the circumstances of life,
Your self-love will remain strong and stable.
And now you look at the garden.
Look,
What a beautiful tree.
This is the tree of your self-love and kindness toward yourself.
This tree is big and well rooted.
Touch the tree and feel how it feels.
It is such a good feeling of love.
You feel strong in the right place.
You look at this tree and you are happy that you are finally develop self-love to yourself.
And now it's time to leave this garden again.
All positive change will be effective immediately.
And then in a few minutes you will leave that deep relaxation state.
In a moment I will count from 1 to 5 again.
And at 5 you are completely back in this room,
Feeling spiritually and physically refreshed,
Feeling confident and full of energy.
