Today I will explain a very simple technique that will allow you to raise your vibration in just 30 seconds.
Really that fast.

But before I show you how,
I'm interested in explaining why it is important to raise your vibration.
It turns out that if you're looking to manifest something using the law of attraction,
You need to have a positive feeling or emotion.
And every time you feel worry,

You're going to repeat a phrase.
It doesn't have to be my exact words.
Take what I'm going to say as a general idea.
I invite you to create a phrase that makes you feel good using your own words.
The breathing part will consist of three seconds to inhale,
Retain the air in two,
And five to exhale.
And the phrase that I suggest is,
In this moment,
I have everything I need.
I am well.
I feel peace.
So let's give it a try.
I'm going to guide you and repeat the phrase.

Six,

Eight.
And now repeat after me.

How do you feel?

There is no limit to the number of times you can do this.
And you already noticed with just a few seconds how powerful and easy this is.
The idea of using a phrase in combination with slow breathing is to realize that although there are things or situations that are not in your life yet,
You can have moments in which you feel abundance and peace.
Even similar to when you eat.
The satiety remains for hours.
And of course,
You do not need to eat all day.
In the same way,
When you are perhaps in your bed about to drift to sleep,
You can feel that you have everything.
You have a place to lay your head on.
You have eaten.
And any of the things that you worry about or the chores that you will eventually have to do,
All of them can wait.
The magic exists in that simplicity.
Those little moments when you put all your worries aside will raise your vibration.
And there is a double benefit.
You feel an immediate relief and you pave the way for future days full of surprises.
Everything you need to do will flow more easily.
Things will fall into place effortlessly,
Saving you a lot of effort and stress.
The more often you practice this or you find different activities to raise your vibration,
Living day by day will become easier.
And when least expected,
One of your wishes will arrive and then another.
And you will realize how easy it is to flow with the universe.
