I would love to invite you to a short meditation for connecting with the heart.
I invite you now to find a comfortable seat and place your hands,
Arms on your thighs.
Close your eyes or focus on a steady point.
Start to connect with your breath.
Inhale deeply and feel the breath in your entire body.
Try to relax a little more with every exhale.
Start to breathe fully into your chest.
Feel how it widens.
One more time.
Breathe deeply into your chest and exhale completely.
With the next inhale place one hand onto your chest.
Exhale.
Now feel the warmth of your hand on your chest.
Feel the warmth of your palm on your chest.
Breathe into your hand.
Feel how your chest rises and how it goes down again.
Now feel the warmth of your palm surrounding your heart.
Feel the warmth around your heart.
Feel your heart beat.
Feel your heart.
And as you connect to your heart beat,
Start to talk to your heart.
Tell your dear heart,
I trust you.
I fully trust you.
I trust you.
You're allowed to connect with your heart whenever you feel the need to.
It is there for you.
It is your guide to yourself.
Now slowly deepen your breath.
We connect with your breath.
And come back to your body,
To your room,
To your seat.
When you had your eyes closed,
Slowly and softly flitter them open until you're fully back.
