We could all use a bit of healing. Relax and allow yourself to sink into this restorative Kundalini mantra meditation. We are all part of the same earth, sun, moon and universe. Allowing ourselves to feel the collective energy is healing not to just us as individuals but the earth and everything on it. Let's meditate.

Namaste everybody!

Welcome to In the Flow with Gloria Alberts.

I've got something really special planned for us today,

A special meditation.

This is a sort of what I like to think of as a universal healing meditation.

And I'm gonna get right into it because I want to explain what it all is before we actually get into the meditation.

And it's really exciting.

This is so great.

And I've done this one before,

But I don't know that I've ever fully explained it.

So I want to explain it to you.

Okay,

The meditation is a Kundalini yoga meditation.

Okay,

And the actual mantra is,

RA MA DA SA SA SE SO HUNG.

Okay,

And once we get into it,

It'll be easier to follow.

Right?

So you'll be able to kind of pick it up and it'll be easier to follow.

Okay,

But I wanted to explain what this is though.

RA is the Sun.

Right?

And our connection with our,

You know,

The gravitational pull,

All that energy between us and the Sun.

Okay,

And then MA is the Moon.

How beautiful is that?

And how we align ourselves with the Moon and the Sun in terms of that,

I guess.

Right?

Okay,

So DA then is the Earth's energy.

So,

So we've got the Sun,

The Moon,

The Earth,

And all of that energy.

Right?

And then we move on to SA,

Which is infinity.

Right?

And it's,

It's ever,

It's infinite.

Right?

Love that.

Right?

And then there's SE,

Which is,

Again,

We say,

We say SA,

And then we say SA a second time.

And so then the second time that we say it has then to sort of connect us with the infinite.

Okay?

And then we have SO,

No,

We have SE,

Oh my gosh,

RA MA DA SA,

SA a second time.

SE is a secret,

They,

They,

I've heard it called a secret name for God.

Right?

And then SO is the coming together of all these energies.

Right?

This is,

That's why I love this so much.

And then HUNG is the vibration of it all.

And then when you say SO HUNG,

Because sometimes I'll do the mantra SO HUNG,

And that really means I am thou,

Meaning I am Spirit,

I am the universe,

I am God.

So when you put all of that together,

And you put it in like a healing sort of way,

It's amazing.

Okay?

And so we're going to sort of sing it today.

Okay?

And I,

I,

It may seem,

This is what I want to say,

It may seem a little bit difficult to get into at first,

But just keep with it.

Okay?

And then after we're done doing the,

After we're done,

What we will do is we will sit in silence and feel the vibration.

Okay?

Because what this does is it creates a vibration.

So are we ready to start?

This is all about,

This is all about our connection with everything,

With the world,

The Sun,

The Moon,

God,

The Infinite,

All the energies.

Pretty amazing,

Right?

So let's get ourselves comfortable and ready to start.

And please forgive me if my voice cracks,

Because it is,

I don't know,

Wherever you are in this world,

But it is very early in the morning here,

Where I am.

And yeah,

Sometimes my voice cracks.

I tried to get it together there first thing,

Before,

Before I went,

Before I went on,

But okay.

Are we ready?

Are we ready?

So let's take a deep breath in and release it.

Perfect.

Let's take a deep breath in through your nose and release very gently.

And when you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes very gently.

I'm hoping that you all feel that energy.

Sun,

The moon.

Infinite energy,

The earth.

Perfect.

So thank you all for joining today.

And I hope that as you go throughout your day,

You just take a moment to thank Spirit,

Thank the universe for the beautiful healing.

Until next time,

Namaste.
