In this lesson, we look at how outside in misunderstanding can have us take action in the world which can cause upset for ourselves and others. We also begin to see how being present with the feeling of anger can help us make better decisions about how to be with the people around us.

In this lesson, we explore how anger and other strong emotions can awaken us to see the power of our amazing system to reset us and take us back to peace, love, and wisdom. There is encouragement to investigate from a place of curiosity and notice this innate well-being system at play.

In this lesson, we learn about self-compassion, not as a thing to do but as what results when we see that we are always doing the best we can at the moment. We also look at the unhelpfulness of guilt as we go on this journey and how falling back into the present moment is much more beneficial for us and those, we may have directed our anger towards.
