Fear & anxiety can be so overwhelming. By looking into its true nature we can start to change our perspective of it & our relationship with it. Differentiating the symptoms of sensations in the body & the stories in the mind can be helpful.

We have developed very habitual reactions to experiences and this reaction is often what turns a stimulus into suffering. We explore how we can gradually change this reaction & transform our relationship with fear or anxiety.

Spaciousness As A Support
Fear or anxiety can feel like everything is closing in around us, almost like weāve got tunnel awareness, fixated on the thing weāre afraid of. Connecting to your intrinsic spaciousness can be a soothing & helpful tool for you to explore when you feel overwhelmed.

Breathwork As A Support
In your daily life, there might be times youāre struck with symptoms of fear or anxiety. Supportive tools like breathwork can be really helpful to rebalance & align again. In this practice, we explore the straw breath & ujjayi breath together.
