Do you feel like you're forever "building" your self-esteem, brick by insecure brick? Does fixing flaws and chasing external validation feel like an endless climb? If so, let's pause at the summit of expectation and take a different route. This isn't a climb at all, but an invitation to rediscover the radiant essence that's already there, untouched by the shadows of self-doubt.
This journey, guided by the wisdom of the 3 Principles (Thought, Mind, and Consciousness), isn't about acquiring tools or techniques. It's about a gentle shift in awareness, a turning inward to the vast space of your true being. Imagine a calm lake reflecting the world, its surface undisturbed by passing clouds. Your Consciousness is like that lake, ever-present and still, while your thoughts are like those clouds, transient and ever-changing.
Through simple, non-prescriptive exercises, you'll cultivate the ability to observe your thoughts, including the often-present critic you might call "Niggly Nelly." You won't try to fix or silence these thoughts, but simply watch them arise and pass like clouds across the sky. In this space of witnessing, something remarkable happens. You start to glimpse the stillness beneath, the unruffled surface of your Consciousness.
And in that stillness lies a reservoir of self-compassion, confidence, and acceptance. You realize you are not your thoughts, not your anxieties, not the voice of the critic. You are the silent observer, the ever-present awareness. This isn't about building self-esteem from scratch, but about remembering and reconnecting with the inherent worth that already shines within you.
This is an invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery, not self-improvement. It's about stepping off the treadmill of striving and stepping into the stillness of being. Are you ready to shed the layers of self-doubt and reclaim your authentic self? Join me in "Revealing Self-Esteem: Let Go of the Inner Critic, Embrace Your Essence." Let's remember, together, the radiant essence that has always been there, waiting to be rediscovered.

Leçon 1
Beyond Building To Unveiling
In this lesson we explore the ideas society has about self-esteem. We look at a simple definition, unpick it and look at how the endless seeking of self-esteem in the outside world is perhaps not as helpful as it is made out to be.
Leçon 2
The Witness Within
In this lesson we explore non-judgemental awareness and begin to recognise ourselves not as the thoughts or the thinker but the observer of the thoughts. We move towards observation and detachment from thought as a direction which will set us free.
Leçon 3
Unmasking Niggly Nelly
In this lesson we look to identify common negative thought patterns related to low self-esteem. By doing this, we begin to relate differently to these very human types of thoughts which we all have at some time or another.
Leçon 4
The Gift Of Acceptance
In this lesson we explore acceptance, not from seeing it as something to do but as a consequence of seeing things differently. We look away from trying to ‘fix’ ourselves and towards allowing things to unfold naturally.
Leçon 5
From Thought To Being
In this lesson we explore the gap between thought and reality. We look at the root of those negative thoughts and also look at experientially being with what is real and how that can move us towards seeing ourselves differently.
Leçon 6
The Radiance Of Presence
In this lesson, we look to connect deeply with the present moment through being present in the body. In this way, we can move through the lack of action which can come from low self-esteem and reveal our own unique radiant essence.
Leçon 7
The Dance Of Being And Doing
In this lesson we close with an exploration of how we can integrate the learning from this course into life. How we can experiment with being present to feelings, relate to our thoughts differently and begin to take more action which is aligned with our wisdom and values.

Wonderful course, thank you Clare! I really really like the ideas and insights and your kind way of speaking. I think that I learned a lot of things that will help me getting a different view on things and help being more compassionate with myself. Especially in those moments in the night, when your thoughts won't stop and start creating horror scenarios. I now have some ideas how to handle these....
