Sitting Comfortably & Following The Breath
In this lesson, we touch briefly on how to sit and what might be the best body position for you (personally) to meditate and begin the journey by simply practicing putting your awareness on your breath.

Letting Go Of Thoughts
A common challenge when learning to meditate is dealing with the constant stream of thoughts that arise. In this session, we focus on noticing those thoughts as they come up and practicing how to let them go.
Leçon 4
Grounding
As we begin to relax into meditation we can find that it can start to somehow feel steadier & calmer. In this practice, we will delve a little deeper into the grounding process and allow ourselves to deeply relax.
Leçon 5
Letting Go Of Body Tension
In this lesson, we explore the very intimate connection between the body & the mind. You learn to feel how allowing relaxation of the body will naturally calm and ease the mind, as well as the other way around.
Leçon 6
Be In Your Body
This sweep through your body, into full body awareness, really helps you to connect to your body & feel much more deeply present in it. Embodiment is an essential aspect of your meditation journey & can feel deeply enriching.

The Vitality Of Being
Beneath the physical lives of the energetic. In this lesson & practice, I guide you gently towards becoming aware of the deeper layers of your consciousness, connecting you to the energy & vitality within.
