Introduction To Setting Priorities: What You Can And Cannot Control, Expectations, And Outcomes
In this first lesson, we define priorities. We learn what we should and should not prioritize, what is in our control versus out of our control, how to manage expectations, and how to prioritize intentions instead of outcomes. In order to set priorities, we also emphasize that authenticity is essential.

Learn How To Redirect Your Priorities
In this lesson, we begin with a meditation that emphasizes being compassionate to the self, creating harmony, and having gratitude for life. We discuss priorities, what is not meant for us, impossible tasks, others' perceptions of us, people pleasing, and how to effectively redirect your priorities.

What You Can And Cannot Control
In this lesson, we complete an exercise together - please grab a pen and some paper! In the exercise, we clarify what we can and cannot control, and how to prioritize what is within our control.

The Steps To Establishing Priorities & The Importance Of Being Authentic
In the fourth lesson, we talk about how we can be authentic today and every day. We differentiate between micro and macro priorities, the importance of resting when we need to, inner and outer environments, how to be productive, and using inspiration and motivation as a tool. We also introduce the goals of each "system."

How To Set Priorities That Serve Your Systems
In this lesson, we dive into each of your five systems. These systems include: - You and your body (and your spirit) - You and your romantic partner - You and your future - You as a creator (your work) - You and your parents (and your ancestors) We will talk about how to address each system regarding setting priorities and expectations & what you can do each day to serve these systems.

Systemic Approach To Serving Priorities To Reduce Suffering
In order to serve our systems, we must give attention to every system, or the others will suffer. In this sixth lesson, we review the systems and discuss a "systemic approach" to serving the priorities of each system. We will also learn how to clarify priorities to increase happiness, and health, and to increase energy.
