Leçon 1
Inscribing Your Intention
An important task for invoking your muse at the start of any creative venture is to Inscribe Your Intention. Every creative act begins as an intention that then crystallizes within you. What is it you want to experience and achieve through this next creative act? Stating your objective aligns you with your purpose and serves as an anchor should you find yourself drifting off course.
Leçon 2
Hearing And Affirming The Call
You've heard a call, followed it, found your way here and with your Yes, you've affirmed it. Today we revisit this idea of a call or calling. A calling is a strong impulse, a thirst or a yearning toward a particular way of life, a pursuit, a craft, a goal, a purpose. It's something we feel driven to be and to do. By affirming the call to express what you love and what you came for, you awaken your muse who transforms your calling into action and effort.
Leçon 3
Channeling Inspiration And Surveying Past Selves And Passions
After hearing and affirming your call, you next open your creative channel. With your Yes, you welcomed your muse and inspiration now begins to flow. The important thing is to look upon channeling as a gift to be received, not a duty to be fulfilled or something to aim for and solve. In stepping back and taking a life review, you uncover markers that your past selves have left for your future selves to find. Breadcrumbs as it were. Reacquainting yourself with the path you've already traveled can itself be a revelation.
Leçon 4
Witnessing Emotions Of Resistance
You'll know your own potential for greatness when you start seeing the perfection in all of your characteristics and begin to reframe your personal narrative. When you regard emotions of resistance as expressions of your divine nature, they become co-creators in the manifestation of your will and desire. By simply seeing them with compassion and owning them, you recognize the vital role they play in your expansion and evolution.
Leçon 5
Cultivating Ritual In Your Practice
Ritual draws out our potency by quieting the outside noise so we can better attune to our inner guide. Our muse thrives on ritual and helping us endow our daily acts with traits of sacredness. You already have your own ritual around work, mealtime, waking and sleeping, parenting and other caregiving, exercise, meditation, athletics, entertainment. Assess what purpose your rituals are serving in helping you in your creativity and choose which ones you'll keep and which you'll let go.
Leçon 6
Sharing The Gold
Part of captaining your purpose and steering your destiny is to share the truths you've lived. Up to now, you've been the reacher - hearing, affirming, opening, surveying, witnessing, recognizing and creating ritual. Now you're ready to touch the web of connection and go public with your gifts. In sharing the treasure you've unearthed, the gold, you let your genius out of the bottle.
Leçon 7
Resting In Gratitude
We end our course today with gratitude. Giving thanks is the most important tool in the art of living. It is an act of humility and grace. If all the other elements in the cycle of creativity are stepping stones, gratitude is the keystone upon which everything rests. By resting in gratitude, you set a new cycle of creativity in motion that will soon have you hearing and affirming the next call and invoking your muse once again.
