In this course, we explore seven main difficult emotions that everyone experiences: they are Jealousy, Resentment, Fear, Disappointment, Worry, Forgiveness, and Shame. We start every lesson with a calming breathing exercise to soften our minds and prepare for the work ahead. Then we deep dive into very insightful questions that will allow you to explore your soul and leave you feeling like these emotions are easier to balance with a sense of dignity, calm, and grace. Have your dedicated journal ready for this inner work and emerge from this course feeling whole and ready to overcome any of these challenging emotions as they arise.

Jealousy
We learn that jealousy is a hostile feeling towards a rival or even just over a person that we think has advantages over us .We journal on how to heal this destructive emotion and raise our own self esteem. We learn to be compassionate and kind to ourselves and learn to resist more and more to comparing ourselves with others
Leçon 2
Resentment
Today, we work with resentment and how we can work through this bitter and painful emotion when you feel that someone has done something wrong to you . We journal through this pain after we calm our mind with a breathing exercise .
Leçon 3
Fear
Today, we explore how we see fear play out in our relationships with others, our relationship with ourselves, and how this affects our true potential for quality living. We journal about some questions on our own truth and face our feelings of self-worth and the ability, to be honest.
Leçon 4
Disappointment
Learning to get over disappointment is a key mastery skill. Today we draw on our own insights on how we can allow ourselves to move on from this emotion by seeing it as one that all of us experience,and that it is inevitable in life.
Leçon 5
Worry
We reflect on the questions surrounding worry: what we are worried about now in the present moment, what we worry about for the future that rarely ever comes true, and what we catastrophize about. We learn to sit with our emotional experiences and draw insights from them.
Leçon 6
Forgiveness
Seeing that Forgiveness is allowing yourself is a way to clear your mind and is the gateway to a happier life. We understand that forgiveness is a choice that we can make and we journal about this in order to arrive at releasing anger resentment and hostility.
Leçon 7
Shame
We learn to see that working through shame releases us from the painful scrutiny of ourselves. We learn to work through and let go of fears of criticism and rejection of others and reflect on how we can set boundaries for ourselves for protection. We are able to find the ability to love ourselves first and that we are indeed worthy.
