First things first: where to start with meditation? Your breath. Your first lesson is a gentle breath exercise, which encourages you to simply notice the sensation of breathing and how it feels in your body.

In our third lesson you will be trained to not just witness your thoughts, but actively detach from them. The aim of this lesson is to bring you inward and to increase focus and attention.

Mind-Body Connection
This lesson explores the mind / body connection, encouraging you to focus on how it feels to be in your body. We’ll pay particular attention to areas of tension and tightness by walking you through a gentle body scan.
Leçon 5
Exploring Emotions
This lesson will teach you to name and identify the thought and feeling (physical sensations) attached to certain emotions. This can help us better understand the roots of our feelings and change our reactions.
Leçon 6
Power of Intention
This lesson encourages you to consciously cultivate a feeling or state you wish to experience with the use of intention setting.
Leçon 7
Finding Inner Stillness
At its core, meditation is about guiding us to a place of inner stillness. In our final lesson we will learn to use a mantra as a simple technique to transcend thought and guide you to a place of stillness within.
