A big part of building self-worth is getting to know our own hopes, dreams and desires. You will be prompted to ask yourself about what you like, what do you want from the world around you. Journaling with this course is recommended and you will be given prompts at the end of the session.

Notice The Good
Today we will be looking at the negativity bias and how we need to change the conversation that we have with ourselves. You will learn about having self-compassion and the powerfully therapeutic effects it can offer.
Leçon 3
Accept Imperfection And Self-Correct
In this session we explore reacting to our mistakes as though we are a good friend to ourselves. We will go through the steps to self-correct so that we can avoid making the same mistakes again and again.
Leçon 4
Identifying Limits And Boundaries
During peri/menopause, women are often feeling pressure coming from all areas of their lives. There can be many people needing attention and self-care can be so difficult. In this session, you will be prompted to think back to your desires that you outlined and see if you can find a way to add them to this already busy schedule.
Leçon 5
Speak Your Mind And LOL
Being loud and confrontational is something we may avoid but there may be moments when it is the only path to change. In this session we discuss the sensations of irritability and rage that can come up and how steps we can take to manage these intense feelings.
