A prayer to release and transmute the day's energy.
Welcome Beloved.
Thank you.
For taking the time to meet yourself where you're at.
Before we begin,
Let's start with some movement to release the energy thus far.
And ground into our bodies and the present moment.
Take some time to move however your body is calling you to do so right now.
Feel free to shake,
Tap.
Still.
Rub your hands together.
Don't judge it.
Just allow your body to be your guide.
And continue in this motion.
Until your body tells you that it has had enough.
You may want to switch to another motion.
But eventually,
Eventually.
.
.
Slowly finding comfort.
In stillness once again.
And if you haven't already,
Then you feel safe to do so.
I invite you to close your eyes.
Take some deep breaths as you thank your body for this day.
Thank every part of your body that has gotten you through this day and all the days before this.
And as you do so,
Call your energy.
Back to yourself.
Call all energy that you may have released,
Given freely or unconsciously.
Call it all back to yourself.
And as you do this.
.
.
I also invite you to release any energy that is not yours to hold.
Anything that you've picked up.
Along the way.
Slowly.
Release it.
And allow yourself to return.
To the stasis equilibrium of who you are.
Take some deep breaths here.
And gratitude.
And sink further into relaxation.
Releasing everything thus far.
A prayer to transmute and release the energy of the day thus far.
Dear Spirit,
Great Universe,
Creator,
And the Spirit within me,
Thank you for this day.
Thank you for getting me through it.
For every single thing that annoyed or frustrated me today.
For every time I felt unresourced,
Unsupported,
Or disappointed,
I transmute that energy to infinite times,
Joy,
Opportunity,
Ease,
Support,
Answers,
And needs met flowing into my life continuously.
I offer all of this energy up to my highest self to alchemize it with the support of my ancestors and guides.
It is always working out in my favor,
And it is easier for me to see and feel this each day.
I rest in the knowing that I have done enough.
Even if it may not feel that way.
And that I am enough.
Even when I have done nothing at all.
Thank you for this reminder.
And thank you.
For the opportunity.
To do it all again.
Tomorrow.
