Enter into a place where only you can go. This sacred sanctuary meditation is the celestial space where your soul and spirit can go to unwind and rejuvenate. Come here anytime you would like to release the world and rest at a deep level.

Welcome to your sacred sanctuary meditation.

Please begin by lying down comfortably or finding a comfortable seated position.

Begin by taking deep belly breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Allow your chest to rise and your belly to expand as you take your deep breath in and as you exhale allow your chest to fall and belly to sink in,

Squeezing all of that breath out.

Take another breath in,

Really expanding the lungs and your chest and exhale.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Now bring your awareness down to your heart center and as you take a deep breath in feel that heart center expanding,

Expanding wider and wider until it engulfs your entire body.

Exhale,

Take another deep breath in and bring your awareness to your third eye or your brow chakra.

This chakra is located slightly above the middle of your eyebrows in your forehead.

As you continue to breathe deeply in,

Breath to expand in your belly and chest and exhale allowing that chest to fall and your belly to sink in.

Expand your awareness through your third eye.

You notice that you are in a hallway and in this hallway you see a door.

You approach the door and notice that there's no doorknob.

Instinctively you place your hand on the door and it opens just for you.

You enter the room and the door closes.

Make your way to the center of the room and you look around.

You notice that all of your most favorite things are in this room.

This is your sacred sanctuary.

Look around and take a deep breath in and you notice the fragrance of the room.

Does it smell like fruit,

Flour,

Baked goods,

A favorite cologne or perfume?

You look around and notice the walls.

Are there any walls?

You look up and notice above.

Is there a ceiling or is it the sky?

Look down.

Notice what is on your feet.

Is it shoes,

Sandals,

Boots or bare feet?

Now notice what you're standing on.

Is it carpet,

Grass,

Tile,

Sand?

Turn your awareness to your skin.

Notice the temperature of the room.

Know that this is your sacred sanctuary.

The only energies allowed in here are yours and that of your guides and guardians.

These guides and guardians also consist of your master teachers.

Know that any time you want to connect with your guides and guardians,

You can come here anytime you want to.

The only energies or being that can open that door is your body.

Your hand touching that door and it will open just for you.

You make your way around the sacred sanctuary and you notice how wonderful everything is.

Everything in here is your perfect ideal image.

It is your perfect room,

Your perfect area,

Your perfect sanctuary.

You notice that there are many rooms and many doorways.

You notice what the rooms are made of.

You notice if it is an outside area or inside area.

You know that if you don't like what you see,

You can change it at any time through intention.

Feeling that it's time to go,

You make your way to the doorway of your sacred sanctuary.

You place your hand on the door and it opens just for you.

You go through the doorway and it closes behind you.

You're back in the hallway.

As you take a deep breath in,

Your awareness goes back to your mind's eye.

As you exhale,

You drop your consciousness down to your heart space.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel that heart space around you.

Exhale.

Take another deep breath in.

Move your fingers and toes.

Rock your neck from side to side.

Exhale.

Take another deep breath in.

Open your eyes and become reacquainted with the room.

I encourage you to visit your sacred sanctuary daily and get to know the energies that are here.

Get to know your master teacher and all of your guides and guardians that reside in there,

Including your inner child.

You can visit the sacred sanctuary as often as you'd like,

Every time you would like to go into a deep meditative state,

To do healing or any type of journey work.
