Welcome to your midday mindfulness break.
This short pause in your day will help you recharge so that you can be your best self as you move through the afternoon and evening.
So I invite you to take this pause.
Get yourself into a comfortable position,
Whatever that looks like for you,
And take a deep breath as you transition into this quick pause.
Close your eyes.
Now keeping with that breathing,
I invite you to shake out your hands a bit.
Shake out that energy.
And then roll your shoulders back slowly as you breathe.
And then slowly roll them forward as you take another breath.
And then roll your head to the right as you take a deep breath.
Slowly.
And then reversing,
Going to the left with a breath.
Slowly.
Noticing where you feel tension and tightness and breathing into those areas.
Now that you're starting to feel a bit more still,
I'd like you to imagine a bright,
Warm light at the crown of your head.
Now let that light move down your body and clear and clean any negativity,
Any residual feelings from the morning away.
This light is dissolving it all and clearing you from head to toe.
And as it is doing that,
I invite you to take three deep breaths.
In through your nose,
Nice and slow,
And out through your mouth.
Don't be in a hurry.
Nice and slow.
Focus on releasing it all,
All of the energy that has happened in your day so far.
Releasing it all.
Any difficult situations,
Any negative energy,
Any stress,
Just release it all.
And repeat to yourself,
Let it go.
Let it go.
Release it.
You are moving on from here into the rest of your day with mindfulness and your inherent wisdom.
You are calm and centered.
You have everything you need to handle what the rest of the day brings.
Take one more long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now smile and slowly open your eyes.
