For those days at work when you go from one call to another and you need to take a breather. This meditation is a short breathing meditation. A little more than a minute VAGAL breathing to leave your stress behind. Inhaling and exhaling in a slow manner can bring your body back from the fight and flight response.

Let's begin by sitting quietly with our eyes closed.

We're going to begin by breathing in to the count of four and breathing out to the count of four.

Then we will be pausing for a count of one.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

We can bring back our breathing to our normal resting place.
