Feel yourself arriving in the body,

Relaxing down through your shoulders,
Allowing your eyes to grow soft,
Releasing any tension between the eyebrows and the jaw.
Feeling a sense of lightness lifting through the top of the head.
Take a deep breath in and out of the head.
