And take a deep breath in and fill yourself up with radiant light,

Purest of the pure.

And welcome yourself home here.

A soft place to land.

A soft place to return to again and again.

This is your place to feel safe and grounded.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

Exhale that gratitude for this land,

For this earth,

For family,

For soul family.

Breathing deeply here,

Cherishing each soul in your beloved family,

In your extended family,

In your soul family.

And repeat this affirmation to yourself,

Honoring all members of your family right here.

May you walk in kindness today.

May you walk in sacredness today.

May you remember how loved you are today.

May you walk in ease and peace today.

We begin to pray for our global family,

Our extended family,

Our brothers and our sisters.

Wherever they may be right now,

We send them peace.

We send them softness and kindness.

And we send them a prayer that each one of them returns to the place of inner peace within their hearts.

Safety in their home,

On their land.

Refreshment,

To feel completely nurtured.

And that they have everything they need.

And to your own dear tender heart,

Take a deep breath in.

And a full breath out as you honor however it is that you feel right now.

And as you place your hands onto your heart,

Tell yourself,

I will hold you.

I will nurture you and cherish you.

I will hold you through all the feelings and I will be there for each breath.

Reminding yourself to fill your own cup.

Inhale deeply.

Softness as you exhale.

Continue breathing like this.

Sending yourself back your precious energy.

Energy that you have given while serving,

While holding space.

Reclaim back your life force energy in each breath.

You are worthy to feel that again.
