Our breath.
These days,
When we feel tender and when we feel craving for connection,
We crave our breath.
It is this time that we are being asked to go deep within to find that strength and that resiliency.
This is one of the most powerful things we can do right now for free.
Close your eyes and join me on this journey to reach inside the depth of your heart.
Through breath,
We will transport ourselves to a space where we can once again feel our sense of purpose and inner vitality.
