Farrah began her devotion to yoga 20 years ago leading her to become a certified teacher in the Hatha tradition in 2006. She has continued her education with studies in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Feel Focus Flow, Trauma Informed, and Nidra. Farrah strives to provide a calm and safe space to explore, recharge, and heal deeply from within. She encourage students to always honor their body in the moment and to make the practice their own. Her personal practice and continuous study always strengthens her desire to assist others in finding a happier and healthier well-being on and off the mat.

This practice jumped out at me as I was scrolling through. It was exactly what I needed, as I’ve been feeling an underlying current of tension in my body lately. I love the opposite sensation part of this, and holding both at the same time: tension and relaxation. I will plan to return to this practice regularly for a while to see if I can create deep and lasting shifts. 🙏

I've been battling chronic migraines, my body has stopped responding to Western and traditional interventions. Guided meditation, and Insight Timer, has become key in my battle. I've been finding Yoga Nidra particularly helpful. I had a horrible migraine hit this evening and reached for my phone. This meditation was top on my suggested list. This was incredibly helpful in ways I can't yet explain. But, thank you. Namaste
