Welcome to day five of establish a positive mindset a challenge here on insight timer crafted to help you break free from negative thought patterns Overcome self-limiting beliefs and embrace a mindset of abundance and possibility.

Let's jump in to today's session Hello and welcome to establishing a positive mindset a challenge here on insight timer My name is Faith Hunter and in today's session I will be introducing you to the power of positive self-talk before we drop into the practice.

I Invite you to get comfortable as I share a few thoughts Know that you can find a comfortable seat or rest on your back affirmations are positive statements that can help you to overcome self sabotage and negative thoughts support you in cultivating inner strength and Refine mental focus with a regular practice of affirmations and positive self-talk you can establish a more positive mindset and develop a more optimistic view of your life and circumstances research has shown that affirmations and positive self-talk can do the following number one retraining your brain when you consistently repeat positive statements The brain begins to establish new neural pathways that support constructive thoughts the process helps to overwrite negative thought patterns and gradually transforms your mindset number three increased motivation one simple affirmation repeated regularly can help you to visualize and internalize your goals cultivate a sense of motivation and It can gently inspire you to move towards and Step into your dreams number four enhance your emotional well-being Positive self-talk can help you to counteract negative emotions such as fear anxiety and stress by reinforcing your sense of self-worth and inner knowing over time this beautifully leads into improved emotional resilience and Personal well-being number five better coping skills affirmations provide a mental anchor that can help you to support and assist you in staying grounded less reactive and more responsive when challenging moments and situations arise and finally number six improve your relationships a positive mindset can ripple beautifully sweetly and Affect your relationships in a loving way as you interact more positively with others They will naturally respond with some good vibes ultimately having a regular practice of affirmations and positive self-talk can help to rewire your brain and establish a more positive mindset which in turn leads to improved self-esteem Motivation emotional well-being balanced coping skills and better relationships hopefully by now You've found a really comfortable position for your body,

But if you still need to wiggle around a bit Feel free to do so once you're steady.

I invite you to close your eyes or if you prefer softly gaze at a point out in front of you together we are embarking on a journey of positivity and optimism through a guided affirmation meditation my goal here is to support you in creating a space within that expands your heart and Cultivates more joy in your life.

Let's start by taking a few breaths in And out of your nose as the breath travels in fill your lungs with nourishing air and as you exhale gently release and Feel a little more grounded breathing in through your nose exhaling slowly releasing any tension any Tightness through your physical body a few more times just like that on your own Breathing in and breathing out with your body feeling a little more relaxed I want you to bring your attention to your forehead soften any any tension that you may be holding on to and if you need to take a few more breaths as you Find that sense of ease feel free to do so letting go of any tension around your jaw muscles softening and allowing your neck and shoulders To relax and loosen up and maybe even take a moment to breathe and expand your chest a little more Maybe feeling that expansiveness of the heart and as you exhale know that you are naturally pouring a sense of love and compassion Over yourself continue to move your sense of awareness throughout the entire body letting go of any tension through your arms your fingers your hips Allowing them to feel a little more grounded into the earth softening the energy around your abdomen your legs and even your feet allow the entire Body to feel more steady and held by Mother Earth now that you are Feeling more present.

I will share a series of affirmations and know that as I speak each Affirmation I invite you to allow it To move through you to resonate within you there'll be time for you to repeat them silently to yourself Or know that you can simply let those affirmations wash over you and be infused into your body your mind and your heart with positivity and Optimism let's begin.

I am in control of my thoughts and Emotions I am in control of my thoughts and Emotions I choose positivity and Hope I choose positivity and Hope I attract positive outcomes and I trust the journey I attract positive outcomes and I Trust the journey take a moment and let these affirmations settle within you feel the positivity and optimism radiating from your heart and Touching every aspect of your life Mindfully and gently bring your attention back to your breath inhaling deeply and absorbing all that positivity and high vibes from your affirmation as you exhale know that you are releasing Any static or negative energy any doubt or insecurity each breath that you draw in feel the affirmations integrated into your being Strengthening your connection and grounding you in this moment as the breath continues to flow Thank yourself for showing up today and Making the choice to nurture yourself with positive loving thoughts know that you are a powerful being capable of creating change and Attracting positivity into your life Take a final deep breath in and this time exhale out of your mouth Whenever you're ready slowly begin to blink your eyes open feeling refreshed and grounded in Closing I encourage you to begin a regular daily affirmation practice as a way to improve your mindset self-esteem increase your motivation and of course Enhance your overall well-being.
