This course is so helpful to learn to release regret. I enjoyed the breathing exercises. The guiding voice of Faith Hunter has so much purpose, kindness, and invites you to believe in oneself. For sure this is one of my favorite courses. I wil revisit this practice as much as I can, I hope to put it in practice during the day or moments when regrets is visiting. I have alot of regret going through a painful divorce and losing my kids for 10 years. I also lost a close sister and my parents within the past 5 years. Sometimes the regret I feel is so painful. I feel this helped me start the process of moving on, but I have a ways to go.
