If it feels right for you,

Close your eyes and feel the surface beneath you,

Your feet connected to the ground.

Focus on your breath,

Feel fresh air entering your nostrils,

Going down through your throat into your lungs.

Relax,

Your chest and your belly rising and falling,

In and out.

Now focus your attention on any sounds around you,

Wiggle your fingers and toes and stretch your neck or roll shoulders if your body's craving a little more movement at the moment.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.
