Libra Full Moon: Rebalancing Divine Feminine

The energies of the Libra full moon are supporting us in going within, returning to right relations with ourselves.. so that we can serve others. We explore the myth of Isis & Osiris as the embodiment of divine masculine & feminine, and spend time connecting to the moon for access to the divine feminine.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy.

Welcome to the Libra Full Super Moon.

As I am recording on April 7th,

The full moon happens today,

Capturing the energies.

It actually happens at 6.

34pm Pacific Time.

And now more than ever,

This is just what we need.

We can all feel the chaos and change on the horizon.

And we're genuinely wondering,

Seeking how to restore balance on our planet.

This full super moon in Libra is just the medicine that we need right now.

So remember that a super moon is just when the moon is extra super close to Earth.

So it might not look that much bigger,

But energetically,

Its energies are super strong.

And Libra is the sign of the scales.

Libra is the sign of balance.

And we're being asked right now to balance,

To rebalance our planet,

To balance both light and dark.

So while everyone in their own way is wondering what exactly is happening on our planet,

We're not supposed to know right now.

But Libra is the first to tell us that light and dark are always in balance.

And we get to know what these energies of this super full moon that we can trust in the divine harmony.

And we can trust in the equilibrium of the universe.

And now also we get to consider our ideas of harmony and equilibrium and balance.

Libra is showing us that even those concepts are likely not going to look the same way as they looked last month.

Because that's the case for everything right now.

I just did a free online video gathering called In 5D and what came through for that was that while one part of us wants to go back to the quote unquote normal way of being in our lives,

Our deeper inner selves know that there is no going back.

And Libra is just the sign to help us embrace change and to do so knowing that everything that's happening is divinely timed so that our planet can heal and rebalance and so that we can build a new,

Brighter,

More vibrant,

More healthy equilibrium on this planet we call home.

And as I mentioned it might not look as we think it should with our present eyes and ears and minds like we expect it to.

Because our expectations,

Our habits,

Our behaviors are all based on patterns of the past.

And ultimately we're being upgraded and reprogrammed right now.

So Libra is also inviting and reminding us to be patient.

To allow the difficulty to surrender to the ultimate universal balance.

And this is perfect because we're coming right off the heels of the 4-4-4 energy of April 4th which was really the call was the rebirth of the divine feminine.

And really the rebalancing of the divine masculine and feminine in all of us.

And the Full Moon and Libra is balancing all of these aspects,

Inviting us to step into that space.

So if we want to look for the direction that we could bring more harmony into our lives,

It might very well be to address the divine feminine both within ourselves as the embodiment of masculine and feminine and also on our planet and our societies.

And this is so great because rather than getting bogged down or stuck in the fear messages and the heaviness that we might witness or feel,

We can take a deep breath and know that we are in control of our energy and of what we're creating.

And not only that but we are living breathing embodiments of everything about our planet.

So as we sit indoors and shelter in place,

We get to consider how we can rebalance the divine masculine and feminine within us.

So in that free gathering this last Saturday,

I gave the example of Mary Magdalene and Jesus within the Christian tradition and how we get to remember that they both played an equally powerful role.

I'll put a link so that you can check that out but I think it's worth noting right now that that's just one version of what's happening.

There's so many of these.

And one way to think about this,

It's a word that I don't like to use too much,

But we're moving away from what many call patriarchy.

And I really think of it just as the massive imbalance that happens when the feminine is missing in each of us.

So what does that even mean?

Well,

We've been conditioned in our lives towards linear thinking,

Linear time.

For many of us,

That's all we know.

And we've been conditioned for more and more and in separation and do one thing to the next to the next and we're always seeking and very busy.

So I hope you can sense that much of our society conditioned us towards this disconnection.

And what's happened now is that the entire world is coming from a screeching halt.

So that all we can really do is go and be in within.

So we have time to reconnect and remember who we really are and to get back into balance with the masculine and feminine in each of us.

So I want to get to another story next about the embodiment of the divine feminine.

And I want to just also reemphasize this is not a man versus woman thing.

We are each ideally when we're balanced,

Labor is helping us to balance where we're equal parts masculine and feminine.

So this is something that each of us can consider.

And I want to share a story taking us back to Egypt to sort of talk about what the divine feminine means.

So feminine is strong,

Is rapturous,

Is emotional,

But is truth seeking and speaking and the feminine is actually uncontainable.

So as we are in this breaking down of the linear world where many call,

Say patriarchy,

It's really just an overbalance of masculine.

We're invited to step into this sort of,

It feels a little bit like chaos because it's uncontrollable.

We need to allow this energy to rise up and to sort of learn how to ride on its back,

To learn how to harness it for ourselves.

And the divine feminine is really supporting us in the embodiment of that.

So the story of Isis and Osiris in Egypt is also an example of both divine masculine and divine feminine held in perfect balance.

And Isis and Osiris reigned in Egypt.

They were known to be the people who brought Egypt into harmony and balance.

They saw that the Egyptians didn't know how to grow their own food and relate to the cycles of nature.

They taught the Egyptians this.

They also taught them laws and truths that brought each person back into balance and brought the society into balance.

So their reign together was very quite supreme.

And Osiris had a jealous brother who,

As the story goes,

Threw a fake celebration of his beautiful harmonious reign over Egypt and tricked him into getting into a coffin,

Sealed it shut and sent him to his death as they put the coffin in the Nile and sent it out to sea.

And Isis,

As the divine feminine,

Was horrified.

She wailed,

She cut her hair,

She put on mourning robes and she began this search for truth to recover the body of her husband,

To enable him to really truly pass out of his physical form and into spirit.

And she found this tree on the riverbank.

So she heard of this tree that grew and was the rulers of the area found it so fragrant and so beautiful.

They cut it down and they made it the central pillar of their home.

And what had happened was that the coffin of Osiris nudged itself up onto the riverbank and into the roots of this tree and the tree felt the divine energy and grew its roots and its bark around this coffin.

So the energy of Osiris was sort of feeding the tree and the ruler of the area also felt this wonderful energy and took this tree right into the central pillar of their home.

And Isis heard of this and knew it was the energy of her husband.

So she went,

She worked with the family.

She didn't disclose her identity but she helped heal a couple of their sick children.

And when they asked,

When she revealed herself finally and they asked what she wanted in return,

She said she wanted the coffin that was within that central pillar.

So they gave it to her.

And then Set,

The jealous brother,

Became enraged and opened the coffin and tore Osiris's body into 13 or 14 pieces.

And then Isis again kept going.

This ability of strength,

Truth seeking,

Passion,

Emotion.

And her eyes did not waver from her goal which was to reunite with her husband and to help him to formally pass so that he could become a god beyond the physical world.

And she did just that.

She recovered all the parts and she honored him.

And I hope that you can see and sense when I'm talking about divine feminine,

I'm talking about this.

This passionate,

Powerful,

Truth seeking,

Truth speaking.

That aspect is within each of us.

And it's been tamed and contained and held down.

And we're being invited to revisit with these stories,

These myths and also just these aspects of our own self.

So I hope that this helps us see that,

Gosh,

Well we've likely forgotten how to harness and embody this energy.

And also,

When we consider that the other aspect of the divine feminine being forgotten is that we've been fed these stories that aren't true.

If we think about Mary Magdalene,

Many of us probably think of her as a whore.

And if we think about Isis,

Many people probably associate Isis with terrorist activities in the Middle East.

I literally just did a Google search this morning typing in the word Isis and all the hits were the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria,

Which is ISIS.

So it's just such a funny thing to look with new eyes beneath the deep fear for the power that's waiting there to be discovered.

And I invite us to consider this power is the divine feminine.

And this divine feminine is very powerful,

Potentially fierce and strong energy.

It can be a little bit scary when they first meet it,

But it's what's needed.

And I hope you can feel inside this truth,

This surging of yes.

The divine feminine is encouraging us to not necessarily waste time in our seclusion right now,

But also the full moon in Libra is saying the same thing,

To rebalance,

To bring things into balance,

To bring things into right order.

So let's get to practice to support us in this.

I invite you to sit or lie with a straight spine.

And as you close your eyes,

Imagine yourself,

Bring yourself to a place outside at night under the full moon.

You can either be seated in an open natural prairie or somewhere overlooking water,

But just maybe even in a vast desert somewhere where you can feel the vastness of the sky and space.

And you can also connect with and see this beautiful,

Powerful Luna.

She herself is feminine energy.

So as you start to connect with the moon,

Allow her to tap into your divine feminine side,

The divine feminine that is you,

That has always been within you.

And as you sit outside,

You notice that the first thing she wants to show you is that while our sun is the divine masculine,

Our external selves,

This Luna that comes out at night and that is only seen in the darkness is pointing us to our internal world and they both are necessary for balance.

So as you gaze up at this Libra super full moon,

Gazing with your eyes,

Gazing with your heart,

Connect with your heart to the light of this moon.

And feel as you connect with your heart that there's this almost instant energetic charge as if Luna herself wants you to know how profoundly powerful you are.

And as you're connecting to the light of the moon and opening your heart to the moon,

Feel your heart begin to well.

It's as if emotion and energy and light are just coming up out of this energetic center,

Coming up out of the pores of your physical body,

Filling the entire energetic field that is you.

So Luna also wants to remind you that your heart is there to help you to know that there's nothing to fear as we venture into this new energy of divine feminine of passion and power and truth.

That our heart is there to let us know that we can always we can always always trust ourselves and trust that our hearts will show us the right path,

This truth seeking path.

And there might be a difference emotions depending on different people.

I'm sensing simultaneously is a sadness for the loss of the disconnection,

A little bit of a mourning of that but also this beautiful courage,

Divine dignity knowing that yes,

We do want truth.

And yes,

We feel enlivened by this,

This power,

This emotion.

And now as you consider that the moon is a channel for divine energy and you're connecting with your heart allow the divine feminine to begin to speak to you energetically or verbally or with visions.

Notice what goddess herself wants to share with you.

This is potentially about the ways that we can let go of the things that aren't optimal anyway,

The ways that we can move deeper into ourselves,

Our own inner knowing,

Our ability to heal,

Our ability to transform.

So just in allowing this energetic transmission from the divine feminine into your heart,

Activating your heart.

Notice what's present.

Gosh,

The amount of energy that I'm getting is it's beyond words,

But it's a little bit almost overwhelming,

But just enough the goddess is giving us just enough.

I can feel the energy rising it almost feels like light and heat.

And goddess is sharing with us that this is just exactly what we need to be doing right now.

Allowing for these internal shifts and also considering the ways that we can embody this beautiful feminine energy.

The word that I'm getting is more than an embody to resurrect it,

To bring it back,

To bring it back into balance within us and in our world.

First us,

Then we can bring that everywhere we go.

So you might ask Luna and the divine feminine as you're able to sit at home,

How are you being invited to shift to embody this?

What are the things that you can shift within the way you see yourself,

The way you see the world?

What are the things that you can,

The behaviors that you might be invited to shift?

So as to create more space for this feminine energy,

This feminine wisdom.

The image I'm getting is as if literal or figuratively we're being invited to create an altar to allow the divine feminine to come to rest within us,

Potentially even within where we live.

So a little bit more time,

You're just gazing up,

Connecting with your heart to the moon,

Passing in the light that's coming through.

I'm also feeling a sense of deep gratitude for this transmission,

Deep gratitude for this beautiful energetic truth that's coming through.

And notice how your breath is already naturally easy.

You know this place,

You know this energy.

And for the next few moments let your intention be that you're going to receive,

To almost energetically seal this transmission so that this light is within you,

It's in your physical body,

It's in every cell of your body,

It's in every atom of your energetic field.

It's as if you're,

By taking this time,

You're allowing,

Saying yes to the re-embodiment of this goddess energy,

Of this divine feminine energy.

And notice how beautifully subtle the goddess is.

Not much to do right now,

Just this beautiful knowing that this is you,

And that potentially part of what's missing in our world and part of what's been missing inside of us is just this,

Sitting in the dark,

Connecting with the moon.

So notice if there's any other goddess that might want to come through for you to connect with as you head into your week this week.

Maybe it's Isis,

Maybe it's Mary Magdalene,

Maybe it's Kuan Yin.

There's so many goddesses that embody the divine feminine.

And as we head towards close,
